The skills that universities are focusing on are collaboration and creativity so we need to start preparing our students at K-12 to grow these capabilities #CEE19 @MGGS_CEE

As a rallying point I think we need to start an # EdRevolution social movement. Recruit people for a 2020 kick off with the aim of transforming education by 2030. Slower than I would personally like, but what are your thoughts? I genuinely want to know. Please share

Designing the future with @YongZhaoEd @DjoowakBBI Provocation: "ATAR manufactures losers" How can we close the achievement gap if someone always has to be at the bottom of the bell curve? How can we honour the complexity and jagged-edge talents each student brings?

Students are actually the biggest stakeholder in education. School needs to deliver for students more than it needs to deliver for parents. I used to think a census was best ‘for me as a parent’ but now I realise it is doing harm to my children.
Have you read APC submission? - a very different perspective... "Parents are the biggest stakeholders in education and, as such, should be able to access NAPLAN data about their child, their child’s school and their child’s prospective school." bit.ly/2Y9ypzA
