Affirm: I forgive those in my life who have wronged me. I deserve to be free from the past and today I am letting myself move on. I am releasing anyone from my life who no longer serves me so that I can create space for the people truly meant to be in my life.

Affirm: I am calm. I am relaxed. I am at peace. I am okay. I am good enough just the way that I am. I am living in the moment and focusing on the now. I release stress and anxiety about the future as well as lingering thoughts from the past.

Affirm: I am attracting a beautiful love into my life. I am ready to meet the person that l am meant to be with forever. I am full of love and kindness and I am ready to share that with somebody special. I am worthy and deserving of love.

Affirm: I trust that everything is working out in my favor. The universe is conspiring to make all of my dreams come true. Everyday I am taking new steps in the right direction. I am proud of the progress that I have made so far.

Affirm: I am happy and full of life. I am smiling more and more every single day. My entire being is flowing with peace, joy, love, and happiness. I am feeling lighter and lighter everyday. When I stop to think about it, I can find many reasons for which I am happy and grateful.

Affirm: My body is strong and healthy. I love my body and I am grateful for the way that it protects and takes care of me. My body is flowing with life and energy. Physically, I feel amazing. I take care of my body to the best of my ability and show myself the love that I deserve

Affirm: I respect myself enough to walk away from situations that no longer bring me peace. I love myself enough to stand up for myself when it is needed. I deserve love, compassion, and respect. I happily walk away from situations that are not healthy for me.

Affirm: I love myself. I love my body, my mind, my personality, and everything that is me. I am worthy and deserving of my own self love. I am grateful for this body that I am in. I am blessed to be living the life I am living. I love my life and everyone in it.

Affirm: I no longer need to stress or worry about the future, nor the past. I am choosing to live in the present moment and trust that everything is going to work out for me in divine timing. Everything that is meant to be in my life, will be. What no longer suites me, will go.

Affirm: I am a magnet for positivity, abundance, and blessings. My mind is focused and I am ready to receive positive outcomes from the universe. I visualize my dream life and watch as it manifests into my reality. I am a powerful manifestor!

Affirm: I am creating a life that I cannot wait to wake up to every day. Everything that I've been working towards is finally paying off. I am full of gratitude that things are now falling into place with more opportunity, success, and joy than ever before.

Affirm: Everyday I am healing, growing, and evolving. I am becoming happier and happier as the days go by. I am letting go of and releasing past traumas and pain. I am making wonderful progress in my life and I am proud of how far l've come. I am strong and I am resilient.

Affirm: I am attracting more wealth, success, and abundance into my life with ease. I am on track to creating a wonderful life for myself. I am making amazing progress toward my goals and desires. My passion, ambition, and discipline moves me closer and closer to my dream life.
