I am an OPTIMIST. I am HOPEFUL. I believe human civilization has had, and is continuing to have, many significant long lasting impacts on the Global Ecosystem. 🌐 We have drastically altered the air, the water, the land and the biodiversity in every way possible. As such, we are VERY LUCKY that Ecosystems are resilient and hardy, they adapt, within reason. I believe we have pushed that ability to its maximum and likely have crossed several permanent tipping points. Even if tomorrow, humanity changed its ways, whatever that may be. I suspect it would be far too late, too minor, and too swift, anyways. Without a firm understanding of those systems any large scale change would be likely as catastrophic, long term, at this stage of the situation. 😬 ...regardless of this, I am an OPTIMIST. and as such, I am full of HOPE.
