He’s my favourite all time player, but SJMc is definitely pushing him pretty hard now.
Both had/ have all the time on the world for the fans too.

I asked Dennis Mortimer if the late great Gary Shaw was the best he ever played with and he said no…. Sid was 💜💙

Played the best football of my career alongside this man… he made the game look effortless, but my God, he put the bloody effort in!
Ten stone wet through but threw himself into tackles like his life depended on it! 👊💥
Superb passer of the ball too & top man on the pitch… and off it! ❤️🙌🙌🙌
Far be it from me to tell you what to buy with Christmas approaching, but this book is a little gem.
All football fans can relate to their first game
Plus a picture of me after my brother punched me out( again) 😀👍🏾
Love this from @GotNotGot @ConkerEditions my own postcard about my first trip to Portman Road in 1982. Featured in the new book 'I Was Hooked', a must for your Christmas list. And fitting that @alanbrazil scored the winner that night, given I went on to work at @talkSPORT #itfc

It appears I have a job waiting for me as a national newspaper sub-editor when this commentary lark ends.

Thank you Neil
I hope life continues to treat you well
@Thompson1Garry You’ve always been a hero of mine, whose morals and virtues I have taught my 3 boys. They all are doing well in life, which is a credit as much to you, as it is me

Always remember the first minute goal against Villa i. 1990. Broke the back of Villa's title charge.
