Cocktail Recipe: Rinse chilled rocks glass with absinthe, discard any excess in a mixing glass: muddle a sugar cube with 1/2 tsp of water & 4 dashes Peychaud's bitters add 2.5 oz rye whiskey add ice stir 15-20 seconds strain into prepared glass express lemon peel over drink

Inspiration: Demandred seems like he would would order a pretentious cocktail, that seems manly. So I thought the Sazerac would be fitting since I see it as a bougier Old Fashioned. Personally, I like an Old Fashioned better, so this is second best just like Demandred.

Inspiration: Semirhage's twist on a painkiller. Adding to the traditional painkiller recipe, I added a tajin rim & some chili oil to spice it up & make the cocktail "hurt so good".
