Personally I don’t need the name of the vile person whose behaviour was beyond the comprehension of and level headed, decent and respectful person. However, I do need to know what sanction has been enforced. And for the love of God make it severe.

Have we had an issue explanation / apology about the turnstiles yesterday? Some near us were 10 minutes late into the ground having queued for over half an hour! I heard complaints about lack of stewards helping direct people.
