I had this story idea that's been tweaked and built upon since 2021 - its about time that I start doing something with it by drawing it up as a comic/manga :)

I often hear people of all kinds, say the work i animate, looks industry professional, and that id be easily hired, based on my skillset. Yet the majority of recruiters either ghost, and the other few put me in their talent pools, never to be seen again.
It definitely feels tiring hearing the same spiel again and again. "Give them your portfolio! You'll definitely get something." And then i hear nothing back.
This year has been very amazing on my own personal development as an adult. Having a boyfriend, irl friends, experiencing 'intimate' things, working at an exploitative job, studying data science, gym, and in general, just going out more has been a blast.
But as time moves on, the more content i've become that my idea of working either as an animator or storyboarder will never come to fruition, and thats ok
