I’ve got another check up in 3 weeks time and I’m not looking forward to it for my mental health as it triggers something inside me but I know it’s got to be done and I’ll get through it with a bit of sedation

I don’t know why anyone wouldn’t want to get checked out. I’ve had a scare the last 12 months and this kit found that I had multiple pre cancerous polyps in my bowel and colon and I’m glad they got taken out

Hubs just got an NHS bowel cancer screening kit unasked for. They waste about £15m a year on unreturned kits. 35% approx I phoned up at his request to opt out. They now have to send a letter for him to sign. Why are people not asked to opt in to this if they want it?

Had some butchers beef mince for the first time in decades. 4x 500g packs for £15 Mel picked some up for, and my god it’s so much better than supermarket packaged mince.
