THIS is how you start birthday week, I’ll tell you that.
I turn 29 on Wednesday, and the final year of my 20s is already coming in with a serious bang. I’ve been named one of HSBC x UK Black Business Show’s Top 25 Black Entrepreneurs to Watch 2026.
Wow. Wow. Wow.
From starting Mimi The Music Blogger with nothing but passion, opinions and faith, to building a career across music, culture, journalism and creative strategy. This moment feels so full circle.
I’m genuinely honoured, proud and grateful. God has been so intentional with my journey.
