Nobody told me Gamma 5 would give me three completely different decks from the same prompt. I had to see it myself.
I genuinely was not expecting what came out.
Each time the layout, color scheme and visual style were completely different- all from the exact same words I typed.

Unknowingly wore the same color Monday and Tuesday, I’ll intentionally try again tomorrow 🥂 💕
I had this discussion with some friends recently, and as much as the layoff worry is valid, the full picture is more balanced than it looks.
The World Economic Forum's Future of Jobs Report 2025 projects 170 million new jobs and 92 million displaced by 2030, a net gain of 78 million. That comes from tech, the green transition and demographic shifts combined, not AI alone, and it's only a projection, it’s not like it’s a certain promise. Still, the market is only shifting, not disappearing.

After weighing the data and several eye-opening conversations, we decided to pay attention to cybersecurity, data and AI, healthcare, education, energy and environmental engineering. I think it is also worth knowing that the biggest growth in absolute numbers is in frontline and care roles like farming, nursing and teaching, not only tech.
Personally, I wouldn't focus on job titles alone. I'd focus on combining industry expertise, critical thinking, problem-solving and the ability to use AI effectively.
This WEF video on the jobs of the future is also worth your time:

Made this post earlier this year, I went through my drafts and saw it there; meaning it failed to post when I first sent it.

It depends on what was agreed up front.
If the brand reaches out because they want awareness, then your job as a creator is the right audience, a really good hook, good enough content, and real trust. If they want sales, you should be paid like it with a commission or bonus, and the brand needs to supply a working offer, price, landing page and tracking.
When you create good content with really good engagement and there’s no sale, it could be a product, price or funnel problem. It only counts as your failure as the creator, if the content missed the audience or the brief.
creator to creator……
if a project or brand hires you to create content for them, is it your job to bring in sales too?
i mean, after creating the post or video, is it my responsibility to make sure the brand gets sales?
or is my job to create good content, get people interested, and put the brand in front of the right audience?
what if people engage with the content but don’t buy? does that mean the creator failed, or could it be the product, price, or the way the brand sells?
i feel like there’s a difference between creating content and making sales, but i want to hear what you guys think.

When I took my first cybersecurity course, it was a physical class, and I paid nothing less than ₦200K. But when I took a course with TS Academy, what I learned was far above my expectations.
So, even if they’re charging ₦26K, trust me, it’s worth way more than that.
Teaching cybersecurity online and making sure people actually understand what they’re being taught is not easy. And TS Academy did an amazing job at that.
Sometimes, we need to stop looking at the price and start looking at the value.
The TS Academy people are wise ooo.
The acceptance fees is ₦26,000, with Don Jazzy influence , I am 💯 sure that 10,000 people will pay the acceptance fees.
₦26,000 * 10,000 =₦260,000,000.00
Jesus 🙏.
₦260M ?.
How much will they pay Don Jazzy ? Maybe ₦50M and they’ll gain ₦210M.
Who’s the owner of TS Academy? I need to learn how to do business from him.
😂😂😂

Adaptation is going to be very relevant in the preventative phase where you agree to live by the measures put in place to not let you need to mitigate an issue.
So, prevention brings about adaptation causing one to avoid mitigation.
