So $LNKB was correct in their assessment of $MNSB credit and Jeff was wrong, so no double dip to $BHRB. Also the Chicago banc stock investment fund who cast the deciding vote against the sale proposal harmed his investors. Perhaps Jeff can stop lying about the close vote.

Like last year, I will get my brokerage firms to assign me the proxy voting rights and then I will assign them to Mr Robinson who will vote them at the meeting. Since Ohio has cumulative voting, I’m confident Mr Adams will soon be rightfully seated on the board of $CIBN

I don't think tax consideration can justify 25% lower consideration. of course TBBC can say the combined company will trade at much higher valuation than 100% of TBV but TBBC is barely breakeven
