now i get a clear picture why we rarely have a runner these days 2021: only 350k tokens launched. total MC peaked ~$88B. big runners: DOGE $88.8B, SHIB $40B+. 2024: Pumpfun was born, 3.2m tokens created (10x higher than 2021), but 0 runners launched there. big runners: PEPE $11.2B, WIF $4.8B, BONK $4.1B. 2025: 13M+ memecoins launched. 97% died or lost nearly all value. big runners: TRUMP $14.7B, FARTCOIN $2.4B (first token launched on Pumpfun). 2026 so far: still 20k–50k+ daily across pads (Pumpfun alone often 9k–50k). big runners: zero. noticed the pattern?
