How TitanForge works: every payment shielded, a block every second, mining on ordinary computers. And what is planned next: Tungsten and the gateway.

TitanForge testnet-1 passed its first pruning point move on its launch genesis.
All six nodes moved to the same pruning point and finished pruning in under 30 seconds, with no errors. Blocks kept coming at one per second, and private payments kept flowing: over 240 so far.
Our second planned main feature, beside Tungsten: the gateway.
ETH and USDC from Base into private TFN and back, from your wallet, with Robinhood Chain to follow. No custodian, no admin key, no gateway token.
Only after mainnet, audits and a legal review.
Every incoming address is screened. No exchange account needed. The other chain stays public: your address and the amount there can be seen. What you then do with the TFN is private.
Once Tungsten is active, the gateway leads to it as well.

Off at mainnet launch. Switched on only after published criteria are met.
How it works, and how the gateway leads to it:
One wallet, once both planned features are live:
ETH or USDC on Base goes through the gateway for TFN.
TFN converts to Tungsten, the dollar-tracking stablecoin.
Then you pay privately.
The Base side stays public. Conversion amounts are public; who converts is private.
It starts with a chain anyone can mine, with every payment between users shielded.

Launch rehearsal done: 351,000+ blocks at one per second, 5 clean prunes on every node, 561 private payments.
The private testnet now runs on its launch genesis. It names Bitcoin block 974,560, so nothing was mined before that block.
Team only for now. Public testnet next.
What changes for you: nothing to install yet. The public testnet comes next, with signed downloads of the node, wallet and miner.

No special hardware needed.
TitanForge is mined with the computer you already have. In our launch rehearsal, ordinary desktop CPUs have been mining a block every second for days, with GPU mining on the way.
Private payments, mined by anyone.
Our launch rehearsal just went through its third prune.
Over 245,000 blocks at one per second. Every node moved to the same pruning point, cleared out the old data and kept going. Nearly 400 private payments between test wallets so far.
Private testnet is next.
150,000 blocks in, our private test network just did its first prune.
Every node landed on the same pruning point, passed its own checks and kept going in sync at one block per second.
From here it prunes every ~12 hours.
