'Frailty teams' to redirect elderly away from busy Scottish emergency departments. A great new service in Scotland - we'd encourage others to read our guide on Front Door Frailty - bgs.org.uk/FrontDoorFrailty

What a fabulous response rate and incredible message of appreciation to all staff, partners and volunteers who contribute so much to the care and compassion shown to patients with cancer and their loved ones.
Please take time to share your views. If no one speaks up, nothing changes. That said, as a national survey difficult to have confidence any voices will really be heard, but that should not stop us trying and speaking up!
Our NHS is broken, but not beaten.
We want your help to fix it.

Couple that with changes in local planning decision of food outlets. Although I feel positively enabling people to make healthy food choices, rather than penalising their poor choices would give better outcomes. folks have to want to change their life choices.

Can’t help but ponder whether raising the state pensionable age, which disproportionately impacts those on lower incomes, who are more likely to be undertaking a more labour intensive job has anything to contribute to this trend? #unintendedconsequence? #homegoal?

Some horrifying statistics here. From conversations with families and children, are you really saying the lack of knowledge of the benefits and how to brush your teeth is really the root cause. Intuitively that doesn’t seem like the biggest barrier from my standpoint.
