Texas Has Lost His Sovereignty
We have mass surveillance from the ALPR systems.
We have the federal “Kill Switch” coming down the pipeline.
We face the threat of centralized banking systems.
We don't have to accept this. Texas does not have to accept this.
We have the power as a sovereign state to say no more.
But our current Texas legislature and executive administration aren't standing up for its sovereignty.
I will restore it.
Vote Jenn Mack via Write-In for Governor of Texas on November 3rd.
I'm a Constitutional Independent, unowned by any political party.

Dems placing a second Dan Sullivan on the ballot in Alaska (a fake candidate designed to conceal who is the actual US Senator running for re-election) is one of the most egregious attacks we have seen on the integrity of American elections. It reveals pure contempt for voters.
An Austin business owner near the the Sunrise homeless center told council yesterday about having a gun pointed at his face by a homeless man after asking the man to leave his restaurant
He asked for action before somebody loses their life
Whatever happened with the homeless man in question? Was he charged? Is he already back on the streets?

Following Daniel Perry’s case for years, mostly alone (with some exceptions), it often felt like almost no one was watching what was happening to a defendant in Jose Garza's system, who should have NOT been charged.

Save Austin Now, the group behind Prop I, is working with the city to fix campaign finance reporting discrepancies I identified this morning.
Here’s what the PAC says may have happened:

Congrats to this year’s winners of the City of Austin’s “We All Belong” taxpayer-funded sponsorships:

- Sana Yoga: a sound bath, pan dulce and take-home herbal bath soaks for Latino communities
- EquityThroughArt: art retreats for women
- BABES FEST: a festival for women and LGBTQ+ artists.
- Gathering All Muslim Artists
- 100 Black Men of Austin
- Austin Asian Impact

We should have never let Ilhan Omar into our country.

DEMOCRATS FOR PROP I (eye). The boogeyman political tactic to make Prop I a partisan issue is absolutely deceitful. As I've been saying (and seeing) ever since the petition drive for Prop I, there is a broad coalition of Austin taxpayers who are very disappointed in the Austin City Council, its high taxes, and waste of those taxes. They support a charter amendment to mandate a thorough review of City operations and spending and its Affordability. Over 40% of the petition signers are Democratic Party primary voters. Judge Prop I on its merits, but don't fall for deceitful tactics by anyone. This went out today. Check out yesforpropI.com

Yesterday’s Jury verdict acquitted Daniel Perry of the charge of Deadly Conduct. We are thankful that this long journey to justice is finally over. Here is a portion of the scientific evidence our team presented to show Daniel was not reckless; his car was traveling less than half the speed limit as he made the turn from 4th St onto Congress Ave where he encountered the illegal protestors.

Selena Xie owns two houses in Austin and that's a remarkable achievement. Her personal finances must be stellar.
However her comments on ATXN come across as callous - dismissing concerns about spending priorities - when so many people can't even afford to buy one house.

Austin City Hall just gave money to a designated terrorist organization.
Two months after it was designated a terrorist org by the governor, Mayor @KirkPWatson signed a proclamation honoring CAIR-Austin. Council Member Krista Laine presented it at City Hall, and four other council members attended.
In September, the city's equity office sponsored a CAIR-Austin panel called "Jesus Was a Migrant."
This month, the city sent the chapter a $1,500 check, logged as "Services-other."

According to local medical examiner data and EMS reports, Travis County recorded more fentanyl-related deaths than any other Texas county in 2022 and 2023. Austin-Travis County EMS stated the county had roughly twice as many opioid overdose deaths as any other county in the state (both in absolute numbers and, for a prolonged period, on a per-capita basis). In 2022, its fentanyl death rate was about double that of Dallas County among major metro areas.

Krista Schild Speaks on the War at Texans Front Door
The current Texas government administration has failed its citizens.
Year after year. From one Presidential administration to the next.
It's the Governors job to secure it's borders. And it's on the Governor when it fails.
Regardless of they tell you, our southern border is not secure.
We have weak leadership and our state cannot survive this much longer.
Vote Jenn Mack via Write-In for Governor of Texas on November 3rd to bring safety and security to our Republic.

So the City Council put Prop A & B an additional 295 million of bonds on the ballot (over $500 million with interest), and now they claim they are getting the billion dollar backlog of previously voter-approved bonds from 10 years ago done.
But look closely: They are reducing the bond backlog by CANCELING projects they promised voters to trick them into voting for the bonds. Just like they’ve done with Project Connect.
How much longer will Austin voters buy the bullshit this City Council is selling?

🚨 NOW: A reporter pressed AG Todd Blanche on why Louise Lucas was charged so close to the election. He didn't flinch.
He says the so-called 60-day rule isn't even in writing, and it isn't part of the Justice Manual.
"We can't bring a charge if our purpose is improper. There is nothing improper about this purpose."
Lucas isn't up for reelection. Blanche calls it a long-running RICO narcotics case.
"It was time to bring the charges. The grand jury returned an indictment and we made the arrests."
Democrats invented a rule that only seems to apply when one of THEIRS is in trouble.
Criticize all you want. The indictment is public.
