Got a notification to link my accounts to X
I said “sure!”
My MFA on X was always a text message to my cell
Recently tried to login in @grok and @bot and it asked for MFA to a MFA not set up
Now I cannot log onto either
Reached out to support and they told me to request the x.ai account be deleted to the create a new one.
I’ll admit this pissed me off because I have to probably re-create my bot activity which took me quite a bit of time to set up . But hey, whatever.
So I did that at the suggestion of your support team and now I find out it will take “up to 30 days” to delete the previous account, which means I can’t use either @Grok or @bot for the next 30 days
It seems unbelievable and quite insane that you are able to launch a rocket and land it back on the same spot but it takes 30 days to delete an account so I can reset it or there’s no way since you linked all my accounts together, that you can’t just text me a reset code?
I finally adopted the AI mentality and I don’t think I can go 30 days without just switching to somebody else. I’m not asking for anything at all in reality, just to reset my account so I could continue using your product.

I’ve long argued for the NFL to wait until AFTER the appeals process is over to announce fines and suspensions. Almost every fine/suspension is appealed by the player and lots are reduced or taken away. The player is still judged on the original news regardless, which is not always right.
