Fantastic coverage for our club in today's @echolivecork - we're proud of our roots and local members, but proud too of promoting inclusivity and diversity as our numbers continue to grow. echolive.ie/corksport/arid-4…

Another busy weekend for some of our athletes. This gang ran the Dungarvan 10 mile race yesterday. Conditions were good for the time of year which definitely helped seem of our athletes to some well deserved pbs!!! Well done guys!!!

Great win by Siobhan Hoare in the BHAA cross country race that took place in Beaumont Park on Sunday. Nice interview with her in this article.

Incredible day for the club today at the County Novice B Cross Country - GOLD for our Senior Women, BRONZE for our senior Men, Individual Gold for Ed Byrne + 4th for Siobhan Hoare in Intermediate. This is on the back of v strong outing at the recent Novice A also.....
And a big thank you to @StCathsAC for hosting such a great event today. Thanks to our fantastic coaches (and to all the parents who came along too) for helping make the day such a success for us.
Huge numbers from the club took part in the Cross Country Novice last weekend. Massive thanks to the organisers and to our coaches for the tremendous success for our senior and juvenile athletes on the day..
