But I thought AI wasn’t coming for our job?
As it gets more useful, I believe we’ll see much more of this.

It was a question of when and how much, not whether. And now we know.
At this price, I fully expect it to be upsized and $BIG.v ends up raising ~50m.

I’m always amazed at the level of shit retail investors let companies get away with by not reading the information circulars and not voting on items at annual meetings.
Even more so when insider ownership is low, and they have a large voice.
Read them FFS!
Well said. But be careful investing capital you can’t afford to be patient with. We still have more tax loss to get through.
The US AI trade is seeing some cracks (SPV off the books debt, cyber security issues, frontier vs open models, lack of regulation in an industry that absolutely needs it).
Some of the miners have done a decent job attaching themselves to the AI trade (copper I see you) was a bit late in the game for this nonsense.
But I agree with Travis who seems much smarter than me. I am always reminded of a quote: buy when they cry and sell when they yell. It’s hard at both ends. Emotions have to be kept out of it.
You’ll likely never catch the absolute bottom and you’ll never ever catch the top.
As Travis says, zoom out. Looks for companies that have strong catalyst rich projects and are excellent capital managers who have plenty of cash in the bank.

No truer words have been spoken in 2026.
.@jayleno says the middle of the consumer market is disappearing, from cars to hotels to restaurants.
"The middle is dead."
"I see Porsche moving upscale and they want to be like Ferrari."
"Everything is that way now. With hotels, you're either at the Motel 6 or the Four Seasons."
"Restaurants are either fast food or top end restaurant."
"We have no middle class anymore."
Everyone is a physics expert now 🤔

Could we see an acquisition of Anthropic by SpaceX?
Not sure there’s a $2T IPO to be had anymore.
When there was less competition revenues were in hyper growth mode.
Now there are hundreds of open models and more dispersion of demand.
I think we’ll see more consolidation to happen.
At the same time these technologies are improving rapidly and becoming more useful.
Pricing of tokens might go down but usage will continue to grow rapidly.
Elon has recently changed his tune and gotten more chummy with Anthropic. Something to watch here.
OpenAI needs some more proven leadership. Their product offering has grown confusing.
Interesting to not see Anthropic come out with their own simplified agent like grokbot. Maybe that’s telling.
Maybe not needed if they are looking to combine with SpaceX.
Grokbot now supports Anthropic models.
NPV on PEA was initially disappointing. Has now traded down to a price offering IMHO some value at about a 0.4X NPV and the project is highly leveraged to copper prices.
Feasibility study is next with some goals of looking at increased throughput to the mill.
They don’t have to build a mine. This was a recent past producer and has infrastructure in-place.
Strong technical team.
Likely not going to run away but as they answer questions and tick milestones off the list. This thing can rerate.
Potential formal analyst coverage in-coming as well - if this happens, it will give the market a price target that is likely higher than its trading today.
I’m going to see about Colin back on the podcast and asking him the tough questions so we can better understand the potential drivers of higher NPV.

The share price has been knocked back to $1.15 as the financing overhang proved too much to absorb in the sell-off.
That leaves the stock at par with the recent $35M bought deal and materially below the $1.38 CEO Colin Joudrie paid two weeks ago for his latest $345K block on the open market.
Enticing spot to participate alongside the $35M bought deal participants again
