There are 17 statewide offices on the ballot in Texas today - Sen, Gov, LG, AG, Ag Commish, Comptroller, Land Commish, Railroad Commish, 4 Sup Court seats, 3 appeals court seats, 3 criminal appeals court seats. With 66% in, Dems are leading all 17 with at least 55% of the vote

We shouldn’t underrate SOS races—it’s nice the Trump wing won’t be able to lean on state officials to “find” ballots for them.

The most important takeaway from tonight, if it continues like this, will hopefully be a GOP reckoning that is long overdue and a repudiation of MAGA. That is how our country begins to move forward. Ending the MAGA movement is how we Make America Great Again.

I am appalled by Stevens' behavior here. At the end of the day, our country will be better served by a Democratic Senate Majority to hold the Trump administration accountable. Stevens has taken her eye off the ball.
Congresswoman Haley Stevens is at a Black church with Mike Rogers today. Wow.

You just love to see it. Israeli Arabs are full citizens and their views count, as they should. And if Netanyahu doesn't like this, maybe he should have thought about how to appeal to the entire population and not just right wingers.
Israel’s Arab parties will tell Isaac Herzog, the Israeli president, that they will support the Zionist opposition bloc in forming a new Israeli government, according to a leading lobbyist. Jafar Farah told The Telegraph he expected both the Joint List and Ra’am to recommend that Gadi Eisenkot, the former IDF chief of staff, become prime minister, ousting Benjamin Netanyahu ⤵️ telegraph.co.uk/world-news/2…

This is what it looks like when you run on lies and misdirection. If you want a prosecutor who puts politics first and the law second, Cedric is your guy. But if you want a prosecutor who worked for Obama and Biden and enforced the law without fear or favor, vote Anders Folk.
Great piece from Cedrick Frazier on why Hennepin County voters should choose him over his “Republican-endorsed opponent, Anders Folk”

Focus on the Republicans, Mike. That’s who you’re running against.
When Peggy Flanagan beats Michele Tafoya by double digits will all the people who said only Angie Craig could keep the seat blue apologize for being so wrong?

The United Arab List (Ra’am) has reportedly said Gadi Eisenkot’s four conditions for joining a government are acceptable. If true, the Muslim Pragmatists are going to declare Hamas a terrorist group which must be disarmed and commit to passing mandatory service for Jews and Arabs.

I'm one of the 63% of Jewish-Americans opposed to the current Israeli government. The ad is still antisemitic. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
Replying to @jonlovett
63% of Jewish-Americans are opposed to the current Israeli government and 61% believe Israel has committed war crimes. So, saying an ad criticizing Israel’s war crimes is somehow against Jews sounds like a dual loyalty trope. It is empirically incorrect and helps spread antisemitism. Very disappointing.

Proud to have earned the endorsement of former U.S. Attorney Andy Luger, a trusted and accomplished public safety leader for Minnesota. Andy led the U.S. Attorney's Office in Minnesota under Presidents Obama and Biden and tackled some of the most serious and complex crime in our state. His support and confidence means a lot. The election is just 4 days away, get out and VOTE!

The worst thing Minneapolis leftists think they can call you is, “republican.” It’s a short-sighted and ill-informed view of the world and of politics. There are great Republicans. There are terrible Democrats. And most people don’t identify strongly as either DEM or GOP.

Quite a statement from Rep Stevens
On the eve of the eve of the eve of our BIG and important election, a unifying moment has arrived, our democratic nominee for U.S Senate disavows the Rebellion PAC ad made by Hasan Piker’s uncle that claims Jews are responsible for America’s economic woes. We have learned from party leaders and emissaries, as reported in the news media that he has. On Sunday I will join with the Great Democratic leader, Jim Clyburn and Dr El Sayed for a church service in the beautiful city of Detroit. The political coalition of Black and Jewish voices that have carried Michigan and this country through so many storms to the righteous path of liberal democracy and equal opportunity for all will ring out. Sixth, MAGA is often framed as a reaction to woke overreach, but it's probably better to think of it the other way around. The Black Lives Matter protests happened during Trump's first term. That's also when MeToo began, as well.

In the interest of presenting both sides, here's the language of Omar's denial in 2018.
BREAKING via NYT: In 2016, the Obama administration investigated Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and found “some evidence that Ms. Omar had entered into a sham marriage with a man suspected of being her brother”, but the case and potential felony charges stalled because of a 5 year statute of limitations. nytimes.com/2026/10/29/us/im…

Yeah, hate to break it to you, Zeteo Prem, but that's not a denial or substantive pushback. It's an unsubstantiated, anonymously-leveled ad hominem dressed up as reporting. Gonna have to do better than that!

In a world where information is harder and harder to believe, an “unnamed source” saying a named source is lying is something just can’t be trusted. If the unnamed source had actual knowledge, they would name themself. No plausible reason this has to be unnamed.
Replying to @prem_thakker
A source said NYT journalist Ernesto Londono had a bias in the story, connected with Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey and power broker Joe Radinovich. Radinovich denied the alleged friendship with Londono and denied Frey considering a primary challenge against Omar. He trashed @zeteo_news claiming the outlet is "laundering" coverage.
