I don't know who needs to hear this, but your goal as a senior dev/manager/mentor/basically anyone who's been on the team longer than a more junior dev is to HELP THE OTHER PERSON SUCCEED. And that means answering all their questions, so that they can understand more!

When @DasSurma asks, you gotta deliver..! Messed around with the Facemesh @TensorFlow model and some calculation of vector magnitude to build a thing where you can zoom in/out with your eyebrows 🤨 I learnt that I can't lift my right eyebrow by itself... 😂

I've seen this a lot today with people talking about pay. Companies don't pay you more or less because of living expense. They're competivite with the market. They want to pay you just enough to keep you. It takes people to leave or not join for them to change their rates.
