According to the WRU, there was enough money in the bin for 4 teams in the new PRA until Cardiff went bust. Now they’re hanging onto it instead of selling and getting some money back in!

Cost control, or lack of it. The symptom of a mgt team shaped by events, not shaping them and controlling them. Ultimately, when a business has costs out of control, like this, you don’t cut the core product you cut the periphery and noncore. It really shouldn’t be this hard.
