It blows my mind how many High School wrestlers can’t or refuse to run a half Nelson! It’s there, use it, why does everything have to be fancy and flashy? #wrestling
Sorry to boost your bubble Joe & Jane but you’re not all going to be D1 or D2 scholarship talent. Take that as motivation, go make smoke at JUCO. Why go pay them, to be a practice dummy? Go make them want you, more then you want to be apart of them. .#JUCO

Friendly reminder if you are over 40 and plan to ring in the new year tonight, it’s nap-time.
High school wrestlers have to be the easiest young people to have a conversation with. Humble, good people, intelligent, yet they are their own characters in goofy way. Just laid back easy going kids.

Congrats @KoltenTilford well served man!!! Super proud of you!
Congrats to North Platte’s Kolten Tilford (@KoltenTilford) for being selected to the 2022 @FeltzWealthPLAN All-Nebraska football team!
Meet the team: omaha.com/sports/high-school… #nebpreps @NPHSBulldogsFB
REVENGE from sophomore year at state, score is completely reversed!
JUCO over D1. I can only think of 2-4 other kids that could be in the state finals at 3 different weights. Only 1 that doesn’t get listed as a P4P top 10 wrestler! #prouddad #wtmb #letsgoDaws @NoSmith05 143

This had very little to do with me, I played basketball. Luckily for Coach Pack in Oklahoma they start wrestling at age 4 and not Basketball! Trust me when I say Ryan will be the best basketball shooter on this team 🏀 RyNo can drain buckets. @NoSmith05 @LegendsOfGold
If anyone ever says JUCO is for less talented kids, think again. Look at this schedule, all D1 and D2. To be the best you have to compete against the best. Kearney and Iowa State highlighted, circled and stared! Coming in hungry with a chip on their shoulder. #StormIsBrewing
That’s how you start your senior season son! Lets Go!!!! @NoSmith05 @HuskerWrestling @USF_WWrestling @SCC_wrestling #wtmb #uncommitted #wrestling D1? D2? JUCO?
RyNo started the season off pretty solid. Weighed in 153, wrestled 160, went 5-0 with 5 pins in 8 minutes. This is going to be fun ride! @NoSmith05 @DaleHall86 @HuskerWrestling @USF_WWrestling @SCC_wrestling #uncommited #GoWriteYourBook #143
