President Trump is heading into the midterms with poll numbers in the gutter, and consumer prices in the stratosphere.
All of this could have, and should have, been avoided. First, by not starting a war with Iran, and second by not continuing the war with Iran once the writing was on the wall.
But alas, the president continues on and indicates that more war is on the way. Can the American people handle even higher prices from here?

Coral reefs move up or down as sea level rises or falls. They are very dynamic and can migrate quickly.
Replying to @TonyClimate
It's a good point. Coral reefs are presumably now living on undersea 'land' which was previously some sort of hillside?
The grass was destroyed by the seating and stage set up for the July 4th fireworks, not by vandals.

Beach replenishment is a way of compensating for longshore drift. If sea level is rising you can't use loose sand to hold the water back. This should be obvious to anyone who has ever built a sand castle on the beach. Many people on both sides believe basic science is a lie.
Replying to @TonyClimate
Lmao. The beaches are replenished. The last project completed in 2025 cost $40m.
