Tyrese Haliburton was great. My camera angle is not. Anyways, Pacers beat the Pelicans. Plenty more to come:

Pacers beat the Pelicans 123-120 to start the season 1-0. An impressive comeback, and both Haliburton and Siakam were fantastic late. Haliburton returns with 23 points and 12 assists. As he does.

Pelicans miss two outside shots. Pacers can ice this with Zubac at the foul line. Fans heading out.

Huge offensive rebounds from Zubac and Jackson there. Free throws coming for the Pacers, up one with 46 seconds to go.

Two straight driving floaters from Tyrese Haliburton in crunch time. Wow.

If someone asks me all year why Siakam comes out in the middle of the fourth quarter, it's so he can do this: Come in with more energy and absolutely fry people in crunch time. He's been amazing in the last few minutes.

Quenton Jackson had a rough first half and has been awesome in the second half.

To be clear, I mean that Murray is literally standing in the middle. Derik Queen involved here.

Certainly was worth watching. A scuffle as the Pelicans call a timeout. Murray at the center of it.

Tyrese Haliburton and Dejounte Murray chatting a bit after that play. Worth keeping an eye on.

He's been going hard to the rim almost every play since this dunk. Pacers now down three with plenty of time left.

Tyrese Haliburton, wow. Rises up from WAY out for a dunk. That launched the Pacers off the bench in celebration, and he draws the foul.

Pacers cut their deficit to six heading into the fourth quarter. Feels like they're down by more than that. Rick Carlisle unhappy with no foul call on Haliburton's attempted buzzer beater.
