Genuinely how can someone be so thick?
I think the worst thing about the fact that Brand will probably be imprisoned is that he’s a changed man and nothing like the criminal he was back at the turn of the century.
That doesn’t mean he shouldn’t be punished for his past crimes of course, but I don’t think jailing him now is going to benefit anyone.
It would have been beneficial to have locked him up 20 years ago as he was a danger to women back then, but he’s not now.
It’s a tricky one because obviously he needs to pay for his crimes but what should his punishment be?

If we sack Jaissle - then Hopkinson and Wilson need to go too. They’ve completely fucked this squad up. Moved on players you’d ideally want to keep but kept ones who should have went 18 months ago. It’s a relegation battling squad nothing more.
Joelinton and Willock off. Steur and Toure on. Barnes in the 10.
Willock is not a 10 - never will be. We don’t have one in this squad. Which is why Jaissle’s style won’t work until they get one and they sit with two proper 6s.
I don’t think Jaissle’s style of play can’t work - the issue is it needs a good specialist number 10 and we don’t have one.
It’s therefore even stranger that they’ve done and signed Pardo and Toure when we had Barnes for the left. It’s just poor recruitment and squad building.
