Until 2018 there wasn’t a single Driving Manual in India 🇮🇳!
Generations of Indians grew up driving without knowing any rules because there was no book on the subject. Hence, the chaos on our roads.
Malcolm & I worked hard to fix that huge gap. Today you have a choice of books vs online courses, in multiple languages.
Test drive one today.

100’s of DJ open trucks for Durga Puja near Tankbund in Hyderabad. Confetti all over the roads. Procession is heading for immersion. This was never a thing in Hyderabad even 5 years ago.
Last month it was Ganesh immersion.
Non stop pollution of our water bodies, that too with El Niño warnings.
Have we totally lost it?
A periodic reminder: Never overtake at U-turns as different vehicles have different turning radius.
A 4-wheeler will make a larger turn and overtaking from it's outer on a bike can result in being hit.
Please form a single line. it's less stress for everyone and makes the U-turn smooth and safe.

A Defensive Driving tip:
When approaching a T-junction with a large parked vehicle obstructing your view. Don't rush into the junction.
Creep forward till you come in line with the edge of the bus and take a peek, maybe there is another vehicle coming from behind...

Without disrespect, I would like to offer @GHMCOnline a sum of Rs1 lakh of my personal finance (unconditionally) towards developing this patch of road as illustrated by @Team_Road_Squad
After all, this colony is named after my great grandfather, it’s the least I can do
🙏
I live in Padma Nagar. I drive through this garbage every day ☹️
sincerely request @CommissionrGHMC to build nice footpath and make this a model road
As shown in the last photo 🙏

You are driving a German car to an Italian coffeeshop to drink Brazilian coffee and then going home buying Chinese takeaway to sit on a Swedish sofa in front of a Korean TV to watch U.S. shows and all the while being complain your neighbor is an immigrant. Pull yourself together.

50% road is unusable.
Dear @GHMCOnline this is exactly at back gate of Gandhi hospital. Big road…. But after some municipal works, road is left unusable.
This is spoiling aesthetics of Padma Rao Nagar and causing severe inconvenience to the Public.

Expecting a positive response team!
Thank you….
Hey guys, this is India’s first Roadsafety magazine and I am on the board 🙂
I even submitted an article on a few basic Road rules. Do order a copy and promote Roadsafety. This is a national non-profit Road Safety NGO. BARS - Bharath Association of Road Safety Volunteers.

Capitalism is less than 1% of history. It might destroy the planet. And we're told it's the only system that works, forever.
I’ve been refraining from commenting on this, but Who on earth allowed something like to be that to be painted beside an actual roadway. It can be extremely distracting and misleading.
We need lots of awareness around this basic Social etiquette. I’m glad the government is taking some action.
At a time when road accident related deaths are increasing year over year, it is heart warming to see Telangana had a 3.3% dip. That’s about 262 lives saved!
This is due to the combined efforts of Rta, Traffic Police & US the public. ROAD SAFETY CAN NEVER BE SUCCESSFUL WITHOUT THE PARTICIPATION OF THE PUBLIC.
Let us continue do our part to bring this number down even further!
Thanks to all #safedrivers.

India has reached a point where a hatchback is considered a compromise, a sedan is considered boring and an SUV is considered an achievement.
Even when the owner drives alone, covers 8 km a day and never leaves the city.
Did SUVs become better cars, or did they become better status symbols?

We're all born left wing.
Ask any kid if homeless people should be fed and housed, if everyone deserves healthcare, if bombing families is wrong, if racism is bad, if air and water should be clean, if trees and nature are good...
Chinese EV seem to be at another level altogether!
This is China’s domestic EV, capable of driving through water. I believe this feature is more practical than Tesla’s flying vehicle function. In emergencies, wading through water is safer than taking flight. What do you think?
Chinese domestic cars with this capability are already mass-produced. By contrast, Tesla’s version may not arrive until 2028 or later. Besides, not all countries will permit the use of such flight technology.
The idea that we need businessmen in politics because they’ll “run the government like a business” has NEVER made sense to me.
A COUNTRY IS NOT A CORPORATION. CITIZENS ARE NOT CUSTOMERS. AND HUMAN LIVES ARE NOT PROFIT MARGINS.
The government’s responsibility is to SERVE the people, not maximize profits, protect shareholders, or treat basic human needs like financial liabilities.
PUBLIC SERVICE IS NOT A BUSINESS MODEL. HUMANITY SHOULD ALWAYS COME BEFORE PROFIT.
