Real conversation today:
"We can mark that deal as "won", contracts out, they just need to sign."
Me: "Buddy you've obviously never worked in brokerage."
What people don't get about AI search:
If you're paying someone to make you/ your visible get recommended more often in AI search..
You're going to have to keep paying them. This ain't one and done, you'll never be "fully optimized."
AI search is in its infancy.
Whatever works today to get ChatGPT to mention your site, that's going to change.
You gotta keep paying. And whoever you're paying, they're going to need to keep learning, and skating where the puck is going.
I'm not saying you should try to do everything yourself instead. But set some realistic expectations for yourself.
No one can guarantee they know how AI search will work a year from now.
But I can all but guarantee you it'll work differently then than it does today.
It'll keep changing until we don't need the internet anymore.
You can plan to stop paying then.

But you got seller financing right because every old boring business owner is willing to do that right?
What could go wrong?
Claude pitch deck tips to win more business:
1. Use this prompt next time you're wrapping a pitch deck with Claude:
"Now review the deck and compare it to the decks for (insert names of relevant pitch decks from which you won business).
Are any value drivers from those decks missing in this one?
Does any slide need to be better explained so that someone with limited context could understand what we're saying?
Do any slides look like 💩 or have overly repetitious layouts?
Are there any grammar or spelling errors?"
Deliver the goods while saving yourself some time with final edits/ tweaks.
2. For the slides that need a design overhaul, have Claude download, install and use Anthropic's Front End Design plugin/skill to revamp them.
It's built for user interface design, not deck/slide design. But it will give any slide an instant design uplift.

Yeh at least if you wanna win the pitch lol
God I love this app this is the best thing I’ve read on the internet in some time.
It's 0900 on a Tuesday at your W-2.
Your quarterly review starts at 0930. You've got your wins on a sticky note under your monitor, because last quarter your boss said you "seemed checked out" and you've been on thin ice ever since.
Your phone buzzes. It's Maria, lead teacher at the daycare you bought in Houston.
"Kayla and Destiny both called out. I'm alone with 9 toddlers. Ratio is 4. What do you want me to do?"
You know what the rules say she has to do.
Call parents and send kids home. Every one of those parents has a job too. Some of them will pull their kid by Friday.
You sneak to the bathroom so you can text the sub list again.
Two numbers are disconnected. One says she found a full-time job. One answers: "$35/hr, can be there at 11."
That’s $15 an hour more than what the old owner paid.
You say yes. What the fuck else are you going to do?
At 9:08 the front desk texts a photo. A little boy's forearm with a ring of purple teeth marks. "Mom is here. She says this happened yesterday and nobody told her. She's asking for the owner and won’t leave until she talks to you ."
You text Maria. Maria is alone with nine toddlers.
At 9:14 the mom emails you directly. She's polite. She asks which child bit her son, whether it's happened before, and how she contacts licensing. You can't tell her which child. You don't know if it's happened before. You know exactly how she contacts licensing, and so does she.
You think about the savings you put down. The personally guaranteed debt.
You think about the night you showed your wife the listing and said "trained staff in place, it basically runs itself."
That was the last real conversation you two had; now you pass each other in the kitchen like roommates, and you can't remember the last time you asked about her day.
If she doesn’t start taking more hours at work A- you’re going to need to move in with her parents.
At 9:24 Maria texts again. "Destiny says she's not coming back. She got an offer at Primrose."
At 9:28 your boss pings. "Ready when you are."
You look at the sticky note. You look at your phone.
The bite mark photo is still open.
You join the call and smile.

Hot Take: GrokBot can't do anything new that Claude can't do. Here's what the @bot team DID do that's making it so popular (IMO):
They demystified "building a team of agents."
You'll see people all over the internet talking about how they "build agents with Claude."
That could mean that they:
-Built a skill
-Created a folder with a Claude.MD file and some extra context
-Built a Claude project
-Coded their own harness
-They're using managed agents thru API
-Connected Claude to some MCPs
-Set Claude to do something on a timer
-They're using subagents
-They could even just be talking about having multiple chat threads going with Claude
-Or any combination of the above
Here's the problem: They're all correct. No one knows what the heck anyone is saying when they tell you they "built an agent with Claude", or that you should build one.
Even @AnthropicAI is ambiguous about this. I routinely get marketing emails from Claude Code marketing team talking about how they're team is using teams of agents they've built, and it's extremely unclear what they've actually done.
Now they've launched @claudeai Duet. But they're still just giving you one agent.
With GrokBot, it's a simple and easy to understand what it means to have a team of agents.
An agent gets it's own chat. It gets it's own skills & routines. It gets its own context. It doesn't have ALL of your context, but it can get additional context from other agents when needed, and all your agents can chat with each other as needed to get stuff done.
Clean, simple, unambiguous.
If someone tells you they built a team of agents on GrokBot, you know what they did, and if you open up GrokBot, it's very easy to see how you can do it too.
End rant.

Routines don’t take much once up and running. Building & testing does

It Carrie’s but we just crested 1500 captured, working on some protocols to ensure each capture is as robust as possible (working on this update outside of grokbot so I can track usage of the costs of the current protocols)
Confession: Last week I built a free CRE database of publicly announced sale & lease transactions across the country. It's fully automated through GrokBot.
I have ZERO idea what it costs to run it.
All I know is I blew the bloody doors off my usage cap while building/ rebuilding it.
As much as I love @bot it provides almost zero transparency into costs for specific tasks/routines/initiatives.
This week I'm pumping the breaks on special projects in @bot, letting the routines run, and monitoring usage closely.
Stay tuned if you'd like to find out what it actually costs to run a fully automated project like this.

Hand off with GrokBot Argentine Claude agents?
Replying to @evgheni_D @bot
GrokBot requires no walk thru, that’s the point I’m getting at, they made it simple
Replying to @evgheni_D @bot
To me the useful distinctions are:
How do you set up the agents
What is it to at you’re actually setting up (the most opaque piece when people are talking about it rn)
How do you interact with them/what are you interacting with
The rest is important too but without the above no one knows what you’re talking about
Replying to @johnroodepic @bot
I don’t mean this as a dig but opaque descriptions like this are exactly why no one knows what anyone is saying when they say “I built a team of agents”
Replying to @MichaelKaiserAI @bot
IMO Claude’s done a pretty low quality job of making Claude agent teams accessible/simple to implement. That doesn’t mean it’s bad but it’s why GrokBot is booming, they made it easy
