Cover corp has made a statement on actions they have taken against those who have infringed on their talents rights In this statement, they point out that: ・That the individual in question was a minor ・That the guardian has agreed to pay compensation for damages and to fulfill ongoing supervisory obligations This is odd, because in previous cases, they often did not mention the age of the individual involved, so the deliberate public disclosure of their minor status here is particularly interesting. Cover Corp seems to have a strong stance that even minors will face appropriate responses to rights-infringing actions. Additionally, the statement provides examples of "actions that could constitute rights infringement," as follows: ・Insulting affiliated talents, using abusive language, or spreading baseless information about them ・Publishing matters related to affiliated talents' personal information or private lives (whether true or not—be it rumors or outright lies—the responsibility will be pursued in the same manner) ・Spreading or reposting rights-infringing information that others have published (Excuses like "I just reposted it" or "I didn't write it first" won't hold up; those who spread it will be held equally accountable) They are making sure that ANYONE that goes and tries to attack or infringe on talents rights, regardless of age, feel the reprecussions
