For six years Iβve had a front-row seat to Toshiβs journey. Watching him become an exceptional trader has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my coaching career. Now heβs sharing what heβs learned, and traders of every kind, professional, institutional and retail, would do well to read it.
Here he takes the Performance Process Cycle from my book and does exactly what I hope every reader will: rebuilds it around his own psyche. One line captures it: βalignment of mind and process is key.β
A framework only becomes useful when it stops being the authorβs and becomes yours. This one is now unmistakably Toshiβs.
Pay particular attention to his take on Letting Go. Starting every trade with an empty cup isnβt a nice idea. Itβs an edge.
