Serbian police say an unidentified minor shouting “Allahu Akbar” attacked a gendarmerie guard with two knives outside the Israeli Embassy in Belgrade and was killed in self-defense. A officer was slightly wounded.
According to reports, the man was known to authorities for his support of ISIS and was being monitored in advance of the attack.
Interior Minister Ivica Dacic treats the incident as a terrorist attack, raises the terror threat to the highest level and steps up police presence at key locations.

تمی بروس، معاون سفیر امریکا در سازمان ملل، در شورای امنیت گفت که طالبان در پنج سال گذشته، دستاوردهای چندین دهه افغانستان در زمینه حقوق و مشارکت زنان را به‌گونه نظام‌مند از بین برده است.
او محدودیت‌های کار و آموزش برای زنان افغان را غیرقابل‌قبول خواند و خواستار توقف فوری آن شد.

مایک والتز، سفیر امریکا در سازمان ملل، و برونو رودریگز، وزیر خارجه کوبا، روز سه‌شنبه، در جریان نشست مجمع عمومی سازمان ملل بر سر تحریم‌های اقتصادی امریکا علیه کوبا مشاجره لفظی کردند.
این تنش در جریان بررسی قطعنامه‌ای رخ داد که خواستار پایان تحریم‌های چند دهه‌ای امریکا علیه کوبا است.
وزیر خارجه کوبا، واشنگتن را به اعمال فشار اقتصادی بر مردم کشورش متهم کرد، در حالی که سفیر امریکا از سیاست‌های واشنگتن دفاع کرده و حکومت کوبا را مسئول بحران اقتصادی و نقض حقوق بشر در این کشور دانست.
این دو مقام پیش از این نیز در نشست‌های سازمان ملل بر سر سیاست‌های امریکا در قبال کوبا با یکدیگر مشاجره کرده بودند.

پنج سال تجربه شخصی پس از سقوط جمهوری و گفت‌وگوهای مکرر با سیاست‌گذاران اروپایی، مرا به این نتیجه رسانده است که نمی‌توان آینده افغانستان را به انتظار تصمیم دیگران سپرد. افغانستان امروز در اولویت سیاست اروپا قرار ندارد؛ در حاشیه منافع آن، عمدتاً به‌مثابه بحرانی تلقی می‌شود که باید مهار شود. نبود سیاستی روشن و مشترک، محدودیت توان و ابزار عمل، خسته‌گی مزمن از مساله افغانستان و چالش‌های داخلی و امنیتی اروپا، این حاشیه‌نشینی را عمیق‌تر کرده‌اند. حتا اگر این چالش‌ها فردا برطرف شوند، بازگرداندن افغانستان به دستور کار، شکل‌گیری اراده سیاسی و اختصاص منابع لازم، زمان زیادی خواهد برد؛ بی‌آن‌که دستیابی به راه‌حلی، حتا نسبی، تضمین شده باشد.
با این حال، هنوز بخش بزرگی از سیاست‌مداران، روشنفکران و نیروهای سیاسی افغانستان چشم‌انتظار چراغ سبز از بیرون‌اند: تغییر سیاست واشنگتن، تصمیم تازه‌ای در بروکسل، فشار شورای امنیت یا مداخله قدرتی که بار دیگر معادله کشور را تغییر دهد. این انتظار شاید ریشه در تجربه سنت سیاست در افغانستان در دهه‌های گذشته داشته باشد؛ دورانی که تحولات بزرگ افغانستان غالباً با مداخله یا حمایت قدرت‌های خارجی همراه بوده است. اما درس اساسی همان تجربه این است که حمایت خارجی، هرقدر مهم باشد، جای اراده ملی، مشروعیت مردمی و توافق افغان‌ها بر سر آینده مشترک را نمی‌گیرد. عبور از سلطه طالبان نیز مستلزم آن است که نیروهای مخالف، از خودمحوری، پراکنده‌گی و سیاست انتظار عبور کنند و بر بنیاد یک میثاق ملی، مسوولیت و ابتکار تغییر را خود به دست گیرند.

This is an organized military communications infrastructure, not simply men with rifles and sandals. ترامب كان يتكلم على الهجرة، ووصف ليبيا بأنها من الدول اللي ينتشر فيها الإرهاب “Terror-infested countries”، وتساءل علاش أمريكا تستقبل مهاجرين منها وتعرّض أمنها للخطر.
وبدل ما تقعدوا زعلانين من كلام ترامب، تعالوا نفتحوا ملف المدعو الصادق الغرياني "مفتى القاعدة"، الجاثم على قلوب الليبيين منذ 2011.
راجعوا سجل فتاويه وتصريحاته:
2014: دعا لقتال قوات حفتر، وأشاد بمجلس شورى ثوار بنغازي، اللي كان يضم تنظيم “أنصار الشريعة” الإرهابي، وبارك عملية “فجر ليبيا”.
2016: دعا الشباب للقتال في بنغازي حتى دون إذن الوالدين، باعتباره واجبا دينيا.
2019: دعا للنفير العام وتمويل جبهات القتال، وطرح فكرة ضرب مطارات الإمارات.
2020: أجاز تفجير المقاتل نفسه لإلحاق خسائر بالعدو، ومنح بذلك غطاء دينيا لعمليات تفجير النفس.
2025: دعا الطيارين العسكريين العرب لمهاجمة إسرائيل ولو انتهى الهجوم بمقتلهم، وربط ذلك بنيل الشهادة.
والأخطر أن القيادي في تنظيم القاعدة مختار بلمختار أشاد بالغرياني في بيان منسوب إليه سنة 2016، ودعا إلى الالتفاف حوله!
وحتى تقرير خبراء مجلس الأمن سنة 2015 وثّق دور فتاواه في تعزيز نفوذ المتشددين والمليشيات المسلحة.
وبعد هذا كله، تستغربوا علاش أصبحت ليبيا تُذكر مع الدول اللي ينتشر فيها الإرهاب؟

🚨 دست طالبان در ناامنی‌های ایران؛ ادعای حمایت تسلیحاتی و مالی از جیش‌العدل
نامه‌ای محرمانه منتسب به استخبارات رژیم طالبان که خطاب به ملا هبت‌الله، رهبر این گروه، ارسال شده است، حاوی ادعاهایی جدی درباره دیدار مسئولان ارشد استخبارات طالبان با مسئولان نظامی و سیاسی گروه جیش‌العدل (جبهه مبارزین مردمی) و حمایت مالی و تسلیحاتی از این گروه است.
بر اساس متن این نامه، ریاست عمومی استخبارات طالبان خواستار تأمین و توزیع ۱۰ قلم سلاح و مواد انفجاری برای جیش‌العدل شده است. در پاسخ، ملا هبت‌الله چنین هدایت داده است:
«ملاحظه شد، متن پیشنهاد منظور است. ریاست عمومی استخبارات با هماهنگی ریاست تثبیت، ثبت و مراقبت بیت‌المال برای گروه متحد جهادی تجهیزات مورد نیاز را توزیع نماید. در تأمین امنیت مسئولین آنها توجه جدی صورت گیرد و با توجه به جهاد آنها علیه ظلم، از هیچ نوع همکاری دریغ نشود.»
این ادعاها در حالی مطرح می‌شود که هم‌زمان با سفر زلمی خلیل‌زاد به افغانستان و دیدار مسئولان گروه جیش‌العدل با ملا هبت‌الله، این گروه فعالیت‌های عملیاتی خود را در ایران آغاز کرده است.
اگر اصالت این نامه و مفاد آن تأیید شود، موضوع می‌تواند پرسش‌های جدی درباره نقش استخبارات رژیم طالبان در حمایت از گروه‌های مسلح فرامرزی و پیامدهای امنیتی آن برای منطقه ایجاد کند.
آتش ناامنی مرز نمی‌شناسد؛ اگر حمایت از گروه‌های مسلح و مداخله در کشورهای همسایه ادامه یابد، پیامدهای آن می‌تواند دامن‌گیر تمام منطقه شود.

اسناد تازه نشان می‌دهد که سوئیس برای سفر هیئتی از طالبان به ژنو در اسد سال پار، با هدف شناسایی افغان‌های محکوم به اخراج، بیش از ۱۶ هزار دالر هزینه کرده و به هر یک از چهار عضو این هیئت نیز کمک‌هزینه روزانه پرداخت کرده است.
روزنامه سوئیسی لو کوریر روز شنبه، ۲ عقرب، در گزارشی بر اساس اسنادی که گروه پژوهشی واو با استفاده از قوانین شفافیت به دست آورده، نوشت که چهار عضو هیئت طالبان از ۱۹ تا ۲۱ اگست ۲۰۲۵ دو شب را در هتل موونپیک ژنو سپری کردند. هزینه این سفر حدود ۱۶ هزار و ۲۵۰ دالر بوده است.
بر اساس رسیدهای منتشرشده، حکومت سوئیس به هر یک از چهار عضو هیئت طالبان هنگام ورود، روزانه ۱۵۰ فرانک کمک‌هزینه پرداخت کرده است. مقام‌های سوئیسی گفته‌اند این پول برای پوشش هزینه‌های مربوط به جلسات و رفت‌وآمدهای محلی در نظر گرفته شده بود.

- The call urges militants to exploit large crowds and street clashes.
- It specifically notes the high numbers in France (around 800,000) as a “rare and valuable opportunity” and says police become “easy prey” during scuffles.
- Suggested methods include:
- Explosives (with calls for “martyrdom”/suicide attacks)
- Knives (advice on blade length, target body areas for maximum harm, and concealing the weapon)
- Vehicle rammings (suggested by some users in comments)
