I misspoke last week, Carson did enter for the Mexico Open this week, but is currently 7th alternate and unlikely to get a spot I would imagine similar situation happens next week

Carson off again next week I’d imagine he takes the rest of the fall off, maybe plays the RSM. Well deserved rest and prep for 2027 season✅

The VidantaWorld Mexico Open returns to a fall date after being played in the spring portion of the season in each of the first four editions.   The field features World No. 5 Wyndham Clark, along with past tournament winners Tony Finau (2023) and defending champion Brian Campbell (2025).   Field for the VidantaWorld Mexico Open:

Give this a listen! Great insight into what Carson was feeling all week

Carson Young struggled on the weekend of the KFT Tour Championship. Watching scores on TV was too hard So he locked himself in a bathroom stall, sat on top of the toilet and watched to see if he’d be going back to the Tour A: apple.co/4sdJDBz S: bit.ly/3VNwJOO

No Carson in Bermuda, I’d expect a few weeks off this fall, if not all off✅

🚨Projected schedule to end 2026 (a thread) Carson earned his full 2027 PGA Tour card via the KFT this past weekend, but Carson does still have his conditional PGA Tour status for the current 2026 season There are 5 remaining events this fall⬇️ Bermuda Mexico WWT Austin RSM

Carson played a lengthy schedule this season between both the PGA & KFT Tour, so unsure if he will attempt to play all 5 of these events In theory, he can improve his 2027 status by either entering the top 100 in the FedEx Fall points list, or by winning an event

With his strong track record in Mexico & other resort style events, I would imagine we see him in Bermuda & the 2 Mexico events, but he also might choose to rest to end the season, will know more shortly🔥
