I'm excited to share that I've accepted a role as a Jr. Salesforce Administrator! A full year of grinding has paid off. I couldn't have done it without the absolute love and support of the community. What started off as a SMART Plan to leverage @trailhead to learn new skills

About ten years ago, @swbjoyce told all @SalesforceAdmns we had a path to the csuite. She said, "Admins are the next CIOs." Sarah's unwavering support of my career pushed me toward my dream. I dreamt of becoming a product manager at @salesforce, and here I am. I sincerely hope our paths cross again. I had this vision that at #DF24, we would share the stage again at the 10th anniversary of the Admin Keynote as a look at us now moment....maybe one day. Thank you for making space for #AwesomeAdmins and telling the world that we matter and deserve a seat at the table. Congratulations on your new role! @LatticeHQ is lucky to have you as their CEO.

โจ Exciting news #TrailblazerCommunity! โจ
With @salesforce's official mentorship program coming to an end, @SFTonyN and I saw an opportunity and felt the call to keep the spirit of #mentorship alive in our community. Today we're thrilled to introduce:
Salesforce Trailmates: Community Mentorship Group!
At #Trailmates, we're in the business of sparking connections between mentors and mentees in the Trailblazer Community. Our secret sauce?
1. Fun-filled gatherings centered on mentorship.
2. Pairing mentors and mentees for a match made in #Trailblazer heaven.
If you've ever felt the desire to guide someone on their #Salesforce journey or are looking for someone to help light your path, Trailmates is the place to be.
#Mentees, #mentors, and everyone in between - we welcome you to be part of this transformative experience. Join us here! ๐ sforce.co/3rVdioJ

It feels so good to bring in the new year with this accomplishment. Thank you so much @sarah_epting for providing the study materials and hands on experience. Thank you @melissahilldees for writing a must read book. Thank you community for your support when I asked for help!
Thank you! @gemziebeth for writing an amazing blog that really cleared some topics up for me. Thank you @SalesforceOrg community for providing amazing resources and documentation!
Never underestimate the impact you can have in this world. You have the ability to make someoneโs day. Iโm grateful to the Salesforce community and your act of kindness @jpseabury
I could really use your help, if anyone would be willing to mentor me with a focus on Salesforce NPSP. I have a volunteer Admin role at a nonprofit and would love to have a champion of nonprofits in my corner to checkin with and bounce ideas off of. I appreciate your support! ๐ค
