In #Belfast traffic is busy leaving the M2 at Nelson Street, on the #Westlink towards the M2 and on the #Sydenham Bypass from the M3 towards #Holywood. There are also delays on the Albertbridge Road towards the Ravenhill Road / Short Strand junction

Heavy snow across many areas today so take extra care if you really need to travel. • keep well back from the road user in front as stopping distances can be 10 times greater than on dry roads. • drive with care, even if the roads have been treated.

#Carrickfergus update - we were getting reports of a crash on Davys Street in #Carrick, the crash is actually on the main A2 #Belfast Road at its junction with Davys Street. Traffic is down to one lane and there are long delays in BOTH directions
