For anyone contemplating purchasing one of these limited-edition New York Knicks replica championship rings for $20k, here are some important details to consider: 1. The ring is crafted from 10 kt white gold. 2. Unlike the player/executive level rings, the fan ring lacks the twisting mechanism that reveals MSG or the pop-off top that reveals the lower bowl of the Garden. 3. The diamond clarity is VS. 4. The diamond carat weight remains undisclosed. 5. There’s currently no independent appraisal available. I found it unusual that the company didn’t provide this information on their website, but I appreciate their transparency in sharing the details they had when I reached out to them. I’m not discouraging anyone from buying the ring, but it’s a pass for me. In my opinion, while it’s a nice piece for fans, it’s unlikely to retain or increase in value. However, I do appreciate that they’re offering it to anyone interested. #NewYorkForever
