Well, another secret is out. I’m around 40 years old! 🎉
A small core sample was taken to determine my age. Turns out I’ve spent about four decades growing right here in East Amherst, Nova Scotia. Not bad for 40!
Meet Henry and Pat Knol! I’ve called their East Amherst property home, and now I’m getting ready for my big journey to Boston! 🌲❤️

Hey everyone! It's me — your 2025 #TreeForBsoston.
I had my big haircut this week and I'm feeling pretty spruce.
And yes… Boston’s @MayorWu showed up. For me. I’m trying to stay humble, but it’s hard when you’re 14 metres tall. (That's about 45 feet for my friends down in New England.)
About Last Night!
Last night, the Boston Common sparkled as the 2024 Christmas tree from Nova Scotia (me!) lit up the season!
Thank you, Boston, for welcoming us with such warmth year after year. To everyone who came out, thank you for making the evening so special!
