Hello @OctopusEnergy I’ve emailed and not had a reply. Why has my email been not been replied to? My mother has gas and electric as I understand as you took over from her bulb account but she just gets electric only bills? Why? Can you reply to my email?

A school teacher told me girls only put their hands up in class if they know the answer whereas boys put their hands up even if they’re not sure. An inexperienced man decided to present me with some alternative facts contradicting our meeting and 2 emails, wasting precious time!
