The real-life Mario that inspired Nintendo's most famous character, Mario Seagale Passed Away Eight Years Ago Today at 84 Years Old 🕊️
Remembering the real-life Mario who became part of gaming history 🎮
In 1981, Nintendo of America was renting one of Segale’s warehouses near Seattle. According to the famous story, he confronted the company over overdue rent, and not long after, Donkey Kong’s “Jumpman” was renamed Mario.
That single name would eventually appear on Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros. and one of the biggest video game franchises ever created.
Segale largely stayed out of the spotlight and built his own successful real-estate business. He never created Mario, but his name became immortal in gaming history.
Rest in paradise, Mario 🕯️
And New!! KS🆙 Krusty Krew taking those titles @LucasRiley099 @DomKubrick
EXCLUSIVE: @DVN_RNO @IAmCLAS_ say it's the last chance for @DomKubrick @LucasRiley099 and look to end their fairytale delusions of becoming champions!!
Happy Birthday to my fellow KJ Orso fan @sammysvlogcrew . I hope you having a great birthday Jess. Love this picture of us with @KJOrso as Fuego during House Of Glory. Happy we was matching with our shirts. I hope we can get another picture together with KJ. Enjoy your birthday.
Watching some wrestling on my break at work today. Man can someone book this singles match between @MegaTJP & @TheYoungGun_CH . Rewatching this just made me think how it’s been 5 years and singles match hasn’t happened. This match got banger Alert.
One week ago. @alectomas98 defeated Zokre for the @SantinoBros heavyweight championship at Night of the human Deathmatch. In an amazing between both competitors. Then Top Notch @LucasRiley099 came out and now next in line at Fight night!
Happy Friday enjoy this awesome picture of @MegaTJP doing the mist spot at @ntluchalibre Definitely happy that TJ made his return to NTLL. Can’t wait for this match to be on YouTube and hope he goes for the heavyweight title that would be awesome!

Always enjoy when @MegaTJP hit the wrecking ball drop kick. I remember when this picture was posted in 2019 when TJ faced Brian Pillman Jr. He posted this to his story with a skateboard under his feet. That was a great edit. Now I’m going rewatch this match on Tubi:
Just watch this awesome match from @RelentlessPNW . @MegaTJP vs @KEiTAyourHeart vs @TheJonGresham in a great triple threat match. Definitely getting me more excited for Pinnacle 3. Checkout this match it’s awesome. youtu.be/MzmrTIovBNc?is=xReb…
