6/6 Matcher changeTokenBalance accepts address strings
In Waffle 4, you can mix and match both Wallet instances and just address strings in the parameters of the changeTokenBalance matcher.
5/6 Catch Solidity Custom Errors
You can now assert your Smart Contract to revert with Custom Errors, checking the arguments as well.
4/6 Assert structs in event parameters
Solidity Structs can be emitted as one of the parameters of an event. The updated emit.withArgs matcher is able to assert them as well.
3/6 Assert event argument by name
Sometimes you want to test only some of the arguments of an event and don’t really care about the rest. Waffle 4 allows you to do that.
2/6 Chaining emit matchers
Frequently, a single transaction can emit more than one blockchain event. In Waffle 4, you can assert many events on a single transaction.
1/6 Regular Expressions in revertedWith
You can now use regular expressions in reason strings in the revertedWith matcher.
Our team is crushing it at #DevconBogota!
@barrutko running a smart contract testing workshop, onboarding new developers to Waffle in Workshop room 2 right now.
We are at #DevconBogota !
Come by our booth at floor 3 to talk with our devs about #useDapp & #Waffle
Thanks for hosting us @EFDevcon !
During the 3-day bootcamp at @EFDevconnect, our team onboarded over 50 Web2 devs into the brave new world of Web3!
Thank you all for participating.
You now have the tools to change the Internet! Use them wisely 🙌
