I wasn't planning to share this, but I feel like I should. Last week, I joined a tech Space thinking it would be a good place to learn something. But what happened there genuinely shocked me. A few people with strong technical skills were mocking mental health. Initially, I used to join Telugu Spaces, mostly fan wars. I always told people that there were some really good tech Spaces too. But now, I honestly don't know what to tell them. Just because you work at a big tech company or a FAANG company, does that make you a better person? At the end of the day, you're a human being, just like everyone else. Why do people think working at a big company automatically makes someone worthy of more respect? And now, tell me, should we respect people who mock mental health issues just because they have great technical skills? You may have skills, knowledge, and an impressive career, but how you use that knowledge and treat other people matters just as much. I've also noticed that some people in the Indian tech community seem to take a lot of pride in working at big companies. There's nothing wrong with that. It's your goal, you've worked hard for it, and you deserve to be proud of your achievements. But life isn't just about getting into a big company. It's also about how we choose to live, how we treat others, and the kind of people we become. I'm not against anyone working at FAANG or any other big company. I'm against the idea that professional success somehow makes someone superior to others. I genuinely lost respect for the people who mocked mental health. You can be highly skilled and still lack basic empathy. Please learn to be kind. Mental health deserves to be taken seriously, not mocked. #Tech #SoftwareEnginner #MentalHealth

When your intentions are pure, go ahead and do what you believe is right. Don't let the fear of what others might think stop you. We know what we're doing and why we're doing it. What others think or say about us doesn't define who we are; their words and actions often reveal more about them than about us. So, please don't stop doing good things just because you're afraid of being judged. Do good because it comes from your heart, not because you want appreciation or approval from others. Your intentions matter more than people's opinions :)

Your childhood may have shaped you, but it doesn't have to define you. You may have grown up with pain, fear, or unhealthy habits, but as an adult, it's your responsibility to heal and grow. Learn to communicate better, control your reactions, set boundaries, and question the beliefs you grew up with. Take responsibility when you make mistakes. Apologize when you're wrong. Break the unhealthy cycles you grew up with instead of passing them on to others. You may not be responsible for everything that happened to you, but you are responsible for what you choose to do next. Heal yourself. Grow as a person. Don't let your past become someone else's pain :)

You don't have to announce every new beginning. Sometimes the best thing you can do is make a decision privately and let your actions speak over time :)
