The Republicans has the White House, SCOTUS, the House and the Senate....and did next to nothing.
Republicans could have had the greatest generation setting run of all time. Could have changed the shape of our nation. Instead, they did nothing. Fumbled it all, per usual.
So now we're back to the Democrats having the House and Senate, where they will proceed to damage our country even further because Republicans lack a spine to do anything.
Well done, Republicans. You can only blame your worthless selves.

Jeffery Simmons is an All-Pro defensive tackle who's one of the very best defenders in football. He's also under under contract through 2030. This is Ryan Poles making a significant swing, believing the Bears are set for Super Bowl contention this season and beyond with Caleb Williams and Ben Johnson paired together.

All talk, no walk. That's the Bears vs. the packers. They say they hate the packers, but don't back it up. The packers play like they hate the Bears, and have dominated the "rivalry" for nearly two decades.
And today, after Ditka's passing, a gutless, embarrassing effort.

#DaBears got EXACTLY what they deserved today. The season isn’t over. This wasn’t the playoffs but they got out coached, out played, out schemed, and they gave up. Short handed? Yes. Lack of effort? Unacceptable no matter who’s out there.
Bagent should be QB3 moving forward. Roschon RB2? No. Jaylon Johnson is cooked. The tape is going to be a tough watch. Ben has this game in his back pocket moving forward to use. Let’s hope he does and that includes himself being better too.

Things I would do tomorrow:
1) Cut Jaylon Johnson. I’m 100% serious.
2) Find anyone to take Roschons carries. PS or street, anyone.

It’s with a heavy heart that I’m sharing the Ditka family has announced the passing of Mike Ditka this morning.
Da Coach. Hall of Famer. The heartbeat of the ’85 Bears and a Super Bowl champion. Chicago won’t be the same.
Prayers to Diana and the family.
RIP, Coach. 🐻⬇️
Here’s a statement from the family:
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, Mike Ditka. While the world knew Mike as a Hall of Fame football player, legendary coach, and leader of the Chicago Bears’ Super Bowl XX championship team, we knew him as the heart of our family. Mike will be missed beyond measure and remembered forever.
With love and gratitude, The Ditka Family

My friend Case Keenum is playing lights out tonight; he looks unreal. He is getting the ball out quickly and accurately, even when under pressure.
There are several QBs around the league who are struggling and should watch how Case Keenum is playing tonight. He is on time, in rhythm, and throwing extremely catchable balls.

Chicago’s 59 points scored are tied with the 2019 Ravens, 1968 Cowboys and 1963 Chiefs for the second-most points scored in a season-opening game all-time, trailing only the 1973 Falcons, who scored 62.
The Bears’ six rushing touchdowns today tied the 1920 Detroit Heralds, 1920 Rock Island Independents and the 1922 Canton Bulldogs for the most in a season opening game in NFL history.

Congrats to this legend on retirement. One of the best leaders the game has seen. I could not have asked for a better teammate to come into the league with and I’m proud of all our success together over the years.
