I started Amazon June 2023 with a full time job doing 100% FBM and was able to quit my job November 11th.
I didnt have the best start but I knew I needed to make this work, now a year later Ive already surpassed my 9-5 income and am going to hit 100k+ profit my first year full time.
Its possible you just gotta put your head down and WORK!
there is always at least 40% of my inventory in "Reserved" between fc transfer and just checking in. I can only imagine the sales if it all went live 😂
100k months are a world of difference when you go from 10% to 20% margins, the switch into food/supplements is the best business decision ive made to date. ( yes this was forced when i got hard gated in 90% of my inventory, a blessing in disguise)
Aura does what Bqool never could, this usually sells at $45.... i almost doubled the BB on this sale
Lets compare numbers, for those of us who got the hard gate last november how much do you think it costed you between all the fees and such?
i had 3k units and after inbound, removals, selling other wise for lower price outside of Q4 im probably in the negative by about 20-25k
Amazon Experiments are a must to be running 24/7, i jsut finished a Title Experiment and the 2nd version had a 4x conversion rate! same views and 4x the sales, always aim to improve!
Im still building the business back up after the hard gate from last november but it was a blessing in disguise,
cut my return rate by over 75% and doubled my margins with the move away from apparel and shoes, 100k profit per year is now only 42k rev/month, if i cant do that im going back to my 9-5 😂
Finally getting back into a groove on amazon, been having high highs and low lows haha, grateful for @AllOutTompsons prep center for ripping FBM for me these past couple weeks, lets hope it keeps up!

Every time Amazon:
- refunds me 50% of my COGs when they lose an item
- requires transparency codes after i ship an item in
- "Counterfeit without a Test Buy" on my account health
and too many other things to list it just pushes me harder with my PL Brand
Some days you can get 5k in spend others just 1k… today is a $500 day 😓

Amazon seller : found a great lead, buys 50, sends them to Amazon
Amazon the day after the shipment is picked, transparently codes?
I swear they wait until it ships but before you can sell any, 9/10 times this happens to me it’s during inbound shippings

Honestly if ur in shambles you just aren’t preparing.
And you’re prob being too lazy to find other stuff to sell. Bc there’s plenty of other things that are wayyy better than apparel anyways.
does anyone use Amazon MCF for Private label or Arbitrage? dont know if its a good long term play for a 3PL with Tiktok/Walmart
Just fired my VA and couldnt be happier!
There are a few reasons but the main one is i can easily get back to 100k months with just a few hours a day of my time, 2 hours of work and $1500 in spend on new asins already today not including replens.
Plus with my move to PL Amazon FBA isnt long term anymore so its time to transition onto bigger and better.
