Today’s Supreme Court hearing on Palestine Action is a huge moment for free speech and the right to protest in this country.
The government has debased itself by upholding this absurd and draconian ban.
Opposing genocide is not a crime. De-proscribe Palestine Action now.

"Don't be fooled into thinking the Democrats will save us from the Republicans. Both Parties belong to the same Donors, Corporations, Lobbies + Oligarchs". Trump lost because he's a disaster, not because the Genocide supporting Democrats are any different...
Election prediction: Putting checks on Trump’s criminal abuse of power (domestically and internationally) is important. But don’t be fooled into thinking the Democrats will save us from the Republicans. Both parties belong to the same donors, corporations, lobbies, and oligarchs. They do not represent you. Regardless of the outcome of the midterms, you lose, and the corporations, bankers, billionaires, Israel regime lobbyists, merchants of war, and tech lords win. Trump, Thune, Johnson, Clinton, Schumer, and Jeffries - and US media corporations- are all paid servants of the same dark forces. As long as this system is in place, the downward spiral will continue. And no election will change this.

I do not trust @AbdulElSayed, especially after his warm embrace of genocidal Palestinian-exterminators @KamalaHarris and @BarackObama, but his victory is important in one respect: It was a clear defeat for the Zionism-inspired campaign of extreme Islamophobia and anti-Arab racial and ethnic hatred. That this failed is good.

It doesn’t matter how well they do, @TheDemocrats are the party of the Gaza genocide.

Never forgive and never forget that the Democratic Party is responsible for the genocide in Gaza, as Refaat Alareer reminded us before Israel killed him.

We live in an empire that has the luxury to have two political parties pretending to have drastic political economic differences, while in reality, they both support capitalism, imperialism, settler colonialism, war, dispossession, state-sanctioned death, and destruction.

I see people are only now discovering that the Nazi Azov Battalion was founded by an ex IDF officer Natan Khazin!
And that Azov were funded by (amongst others) Jewish supremacist oligarch Igor Kolomoisky- who also bankrolled Zelensky.
Read it and weep.

In the latest Tribune, I have a long piece outlining why anti-imperialists should view the break up of the UK as best way to finally end the British Empire’s 400-year reign of terror
I go through the military, intelligence and war-waging significance of Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Conclusion: there is simply no way London could continue to play its central role in the imperial system without these territories - and the establishment know it
SNP dominate Holyrood, Plaid Cymru is now largest party in the Senedd, while Sinn Féin is largest Northern Irish party in Stormont and Westminster. The reckoning is coming
We should support independence for Scotland and Wales, as well as Irish reunification, on principle - and to give respite to the long-suffering victims of British power all over the globe. The break up of the union means the end of the empire

“I don't feel defensive. I feel offensive,” Pulitzer Prize-winning writer Benjamin Moser, author of Anti-Zionism: A Jewish History, tells Palestine Deep Dive. “I have nothing but loathing and contempt for the people and the institutions that have allowed a genocide to happen in my name, with my money,” he continues.
Discussing the Green Party of England and Wales' approach to shifting the conversation around Israel and Palestine, following the adoption of its motion declaring Zionism to be racism, Irish journalist and commentator Barry Malone observes: “The Greens were bumping the Overton window… I think they're through it now.”
"I very much hope that they won't backtrack," Moser adds. "I think it would be really devastating if they did. But again, I don't think they need to dig their heels in with this. If I were the Green Party, I would just say, yeah, next question, because, yeah, of course Zionism is racism. Moving along, what's your next question? Because otherwise, you get stuck in this rhetorical quicksand where you're always defensive."

Fascinating to see how the ‘Is Zionism racism’ question was debated on TV nearly 40 years ago. History really does repeat itself. Well worth your time:

In 1987, the debate over Zionism, racism, and Palestinian rights was already decades old. In 1975, the United Nations General Assembly adopted Resolution 3379, declaring Zionism a form of racism and racial discrimination, a resolution that remained in effect until its repeal in
