The Department of Surgery is bursting with pride as we celebrate a historic milestone for our very own Dr. Diana Farmer! At the recent Vienna Joint Congress, the European Paediatric Surgeons' Association (EUPSA) bestowed its highest honor upon her: EUPSA Honorary Membership.
We are incredibly proud to announce that Dr. Mohamed Ali, Chief of Foregut, Metabolic, and General Surgery, was honored at the 2026 TREO (Treatment Research and Education to end Obesity) LEAD Awards ceremony on May 5. Congratulations Dr. Ali on this remarkable achievement!
Congratulations to Dr. Russo, our newest American Surgical Association Foundation Fellowship awardee!
