We must audit the mailin ballots. EVERY MAILIN BALLOT ENVELOPE has a unique tracking number globally and those tracking numbers are saved in the Printing Comoany's manifesting system for the USPS.

EVERY BALLOT HAS an envelope that has a tracking number as well as saved in the manifesting record Origin Package Level Detail sent to the USPS.
OBVIOUSLY, it doesn't have how someone voted.
The envelope is separated from the ballot.
BUT, the envelope CAN BE COMPARED against the Printing Company's manifesting system which contains EVERY tracking number which MUST be unique.
So:
1) Save the envelopes.
2) Run a compare against envelope & printing company manifesting system.
3) So if a State doesn't have mailin ballot serial numbers they ALL DO HAVE UNIQUE TRACKING numbers on the envelope.
4) This is a non-psrtisan effort that will create more confidence in the mailin voting system.
5) This could expand mailin voting for everyone and create much bigger turnout.
Let's test it in 4 or 5 States.

Actually they do.
EVERY MAILIN ballot in America has an envelope tracking number that is ABSOLUTELY UNIQUE.
All printing companies store those numbers for tracking.
So, in cases where ballots do not have serial numbers the tracking numbers off the ballot ENVELOPE CAN BE USED & verified without the ballot.
Audit all mailin ballot tracking numbers versus printer manifesting systems.
This can be done easily as well.

Run a compare versus actual voted, counted ballots.
No personal info no how people voted just ballot serial number authentication.

Mailin ballot printing companies have serial numbers for every ballot printed.
Just run a compare of voted ballots against those serial numbers.
Any ballots that are not in that superset are fake.
Duplicates serial numbers voted are fake.
This isn't difficult.
