I hate the fact that I have completely failed to benefit from all these recruitment irregularities.

Replying to @URSBHQ
@URSBHQ is taking long to reply, don’t they have data??
🚨 FACTS 1. Applicant 00231 scored the best in aptitude (85) and 2nd best in Competency (74). 2. On Oct 14th after the oral test, URSB told the applicants to wait for two weeks (ending tomorrow). 3. On Friday last week, URSB gave the contract to two ladies with average scores, leaving out two guys who emerged the best in written interviews. 4. The oral questions were on intellectual property rights and the two best rejected candidates are practicing lawyers who answered all. 5. Can you tell us about the ladies you gave the jobs? 6. For fairness, where's the oral test results to compute the average? 6. Why did you rush to give out the jobs before the completion of two weeks?

Exactly, had the same question
This isn’t clarification — it’s deliberate confusion. The candidate with 82 in competency scored 85 in aptitude and proceeded to orals. The one with 68 wasn’t even among the top in aptitude. You published aptitude and competency scores, but withheld the oral marks. Why the selective transparency? Share those marks let’s see how the person with 68 caught up in orals and beat all the other candidates on that list I will share all the marks for aptitudes too shortly @TumukundeTT @DuncanAbigaba @AnneTwino @AmbasiizeR @norbertmao

Can you share all the results of the candidates before we call Hon @BalaamBarugahar to intervene
Interviews are carried out in phases. The process includes aptitude tests, written examinations and oral interviews. A candidate will excel at the aptitude level but not impress at the written and oral levels. What you are sharing here are results of one of the phases. It’s important to always get the facts right, before sharing.

It is a mess in there. People who did SWASA and Child Development are the registrars arguing with lawyers. IGG needs to look at the recruitment since 2016 to date. You will be shocked to find ICT projects being run by BBA students. Registrars who are not lawyers are determining petitions. It's a mess!!!!

🇺🇬✈️🇬🇭 DID YOU KNOW? ✈️ @UG_Airlines’ Entebbe–Accra service is scheduled to operate four times a week initially. Corruption continues to undermine public confidence in Uganda’s institutions. Where merit is allegedly sacrificed for connections, transparency becomes a mere slogan. Recruitment must reward competence not favoritism. Sorry to the applicants! #ExposeTheCorrupt

So @URSBHQ , already under scrutiny, advertised jobs, conducted aptitude and competency tests, and published the results so every applicant knew their scores. They promised transparency. Then they hired people who were not among the best. Same old story. @IGGUganda @norbertmao @NtaleMustapher when will this come to an end?
