🗓️ 45 Days to Go | 17 June 2025
#DesertificationAndDroughtDay will spotlight the urgent need to restore 1.5 billion hectares of degraded land and drive a trillion-dollar restoration economy.
Let’s make 2025 the year we shift from loss to opportunity.

For every $1 invested in land restoration, we get up to $30 in economic returns.
But land degradation still drains $878 billion from the global economy each year.
Restoration is not a cost - it is an opportunity.
