🚨 FREE SPEECH ON X? NOT EVEN A LITTLE BIT! X relaxed rules on swearing, racism, misogyny and even hate speech. While now allowed, I have never written anything even remotely close to that and yet here I am; again! 😤 The previous ban I went through, that I didn't get to write about, lasted TWO MONTHS! This time I only made it two weeks, before getting banned again. This time, I also even know what post got me banned. The post was both relevant to the topic at hand and not offensive. It is extremely hard if you support Newsom, Talarico or Pritzker; to get any positive replies at or near the top. So my idea was to post something that people on both sides would want to watch. The answer was a Talarico/Hegseth battle. Who on the right or left could resist watching that? 🤔 Apparently no one, because it worked. Even though it was well past 1am most places, it still got 600 plus views in less than hour......and then nothing. After the views remained stagnant during the second hour, I clicked on the post and my reply had been removed! Additionally all subsequent replies I have tried to post since then show on my page under replies, but do NOT appear for users to read on the actual post or thread. I have like 700 followers. 900 when they banned me the last time. That really makes me wonder; if I am worth the time and effort to ban, exactly how many people is Musk and company doing this to? Probably A TON! 🤯 Trump's benefactors are buying up HBO, CNN, etc. and various media platforms. We're also all aware that Trump is openly pro-censorship like Musk and is in the process of trying to bar networks and news organizations like MSNow and Politico. If you are a MAGA fan, you might not mind this. Afterall, it is not your freedoms or your voice being infringed upon. But what if this becomes the new normal and you change your mind? What if you decide that Trump/Republican policies aren't working for you or America anymore? Or if MAGA goes the way of the dodo 🦤, after Trump does and you don't like the person/party in charge anymore? What then? Even if you like Musk; you should mind such blatant censorship over opinion. Musk and his fellow AI tech bros all believe that the progression of AI will inevitably result in a "UNIVERSAL BASIC INCOME", due to human job loss. Are we to believe he is actually going to help people once he and his buddies replace our jobs with cheaper AI alternatives? 🙄 Yeah right. Meanwhile Trump won't regulate AI and is letting this group of bros, police themselves! I for one don't think anyone in America regardless of their "side" would be okay with fitting the data center bill, so a tech bro can get richer faster and then replace their job with AI. Even influencers are at risk. Why profit share when Musk could use AI, make it post exactly the content only he wants on his platform and then keep all of the money? Most influencers are now posting AI garbage videos of themselves, most of the time anyways. Not smart guys. 😬 With this approach, the average user will no longer be able to make a distinction between who is an AI influencer and who is an actual human influencer, if even the human influencers are posting AI videos of themselves! Do you really want to hand the keys of the unregulated kingdom, over to someone who would disregard free speech, while claiming to be the free speech guy? I don't. I have included a link to the original Talarico post, so you can see for yourself that it was removed. It's bad enough to ban me WITHOUT CAUSE, but removing an already published reply because it was a dissenting opinion, is even lower and NOT a low that should exist in America! 🇺🇸 Musk and X are doing this to the little guys, because they think they can get away with it. Show them they're wrong and share this or tell somebody. THIS needs to be the conversation on X! Speak up and speak out! Seven guys are set to own, well almost everything. It is no wonder some American's are so far apart, on so many issues. What is reported on FOX News versus almost every other news station, is decidly different. It has been longer than I would prefer, but here is yet another stark example of what you will hear on FOX News and Newsmax; versus ABC, NBC, MSNow and CNN. (Please note: CNN has been purchased by billionaire Trump donor David Ellison, like CBS and MAY no longer be included in the latter list). This past week President Donald Trump has made many announcements, right before the midterms, about the THREE great deals he has solidified for our country. So you would think, that reporting on said done deals, couldn't differ. I mean it wouldn't be opinion pieces, it would be a factual accounting of the deals and the specifics in them. Horrifyingly though, the reporting WAS vastly different. Both sets of news outlets reported on the announcements, but only one set later reported that the deals announced were in fact not done, let alone in some cases; 'already underway'. Now while one of the like ten people that read this might be quick to say that the reporting of the deals not being done is "fake news"; please note that the President himself had later been recorded after at least one annoucement, acknowledging that the deal was in fact not complete. But watch both videos. Decide for yourself with critical thought, which reporting seemed most transparent and honest and which by either a "fake" story or by ommission; was dishonest. THE REPORTING: The left 'side' reports the announced deals are not only not done as claimed, but some have not 'already started' as claimed, as well. The right 'side' reports that on one annoucement, South Korea, not all of the lines of the "done deal", may have been read or understood by South Korea. FOX Business then followed that up with well, 'these are the kinds of deals that are impossible to "codify" anyways'; implying that there might be a problem down the line. This slight implication that there might potentially be some issues aired on FOX Business. No similar coverage ever aired on FOX NEWS. The even possibility of some issues with the details of the other annoucements, never aired on either FOX Business or FOX News. THE CLAIMS: The Left 'Side' claims these annoucements to be nothing more than lies and gimmicks, made in an attempt to garner more support ahead of the midterms; without actually delivering. The Right 'Side' is currently not even acknowledging this new reporting and therefore is not making any claims regarding it. WATCH BOTH. YOU DECIDE.

It is my fervent hope that we can come together as American's and find some reasonable common ground soon. My posts aim at achieving this; as best as I am able. My replies to the posts of others however, are my own. Yesterday Republicans like Mike Johnson were blasting the tragic death of Sheridan Gorman all over X. In my opinion, this was only done for political gain and not out of actual care for the woman they would otherwise denegrate as 'a radical left Chicago dem'. A woman who I am fairly certain, would object to her memory being used to divide American's and support a narrative she didn't. So I wanted to show that what Johnson was trying to pose as common; isn't. I searched FBI data and found that roughly 82% of white homicide victims are killed by white offenders and that in 83% of murders, the victim and the offender are the same race. In addition, 17% of homicides committed against whites, are by blacks. So that means conservatively, 95% of the time American's are killing each other. Kind of sad if you think about it. A respondent to my reply, attempted to discredit mine, by sharing a link to FBI data that directed you to a page, that had nothing to do with the posted FBI stats. I don't actually get paid to be on X like an influencer, so I thought the quickest rebuttal besides pointing out that his link was unrelated, was to have Grok "fact check" my own post and reply with a screenshot. The results floored me. Grok informed me that my statistics were wrong, results anyone who Grok-ed my post, would also receive. According to Grok, FBI data shows 83% of murders do involve same race victims, but that actually only 46% of white victims are killed by white offenders. I didn't even question this initially. I thought, how could I have read the data wrong?! Then I thought, that means 54% of murders committed against whites, are by non-whites?! It was a staggering and alarming realization, even to me! I can't even imagine how alarming it might be to someone with even a mild predisposition against non-whites. Having initially accepted the results, I went back to my movie. Minutes later my brain finally stopped farting and I was like wait a minute, how does 83% of murders being same race, not contradict only 46% of white victims being murdered by white offenders? So I queried Grok just that. What I got was another contradictory multi-faceted response. The first part of the answer said no, the figures do not contradict each other because Grok's answer of 46% was actually now really more of an 'approximation' than anything, that was acceptably close enough to 79% and therefore still correct. What?! 46% and 79% are close enough?! Grok's second paragraph, I KID YOU NOT, basically said: 'Whoops, my bad, I misremembered'. You misremembered?! How as AI can you "misremember"?! So that was my next question. Its response was even more baffling. Grok started the first sentence out by saying that it in fact "didn't misremember", but then later in the same paragraph again stated that the "46% appears to be a "misremembered figure"! Just "sloppy" on his part. Basically a my bad bro! What?! Am I hallucinating right now? The screenshots prove though, that I was in fact, not tripping balls. All American's should find the new rollout of this tempting quick and easy to use, "fact-checking" feature alarming. If the user cannot even rely on the results of factually non-biased mathematical data to be accurate, then the user cannot rely on the accuracy of any results. I think at the end of the day, no matter what our individual views or opinions are; we all want the truth! If this post isn't evidence that this is NOT at all what you are guaranteed to get with Grok, then I don't know what is! So for now I implore all of us, to do our fact checking somewhere else and be more than just a little concerned! ONE STORY: The shooting of Renee Nicole Good. TWO SIDES: Sorry to my absolutely massive following, but not this time. The right is claiming Ms. Good is a terrorist, who viciously tried to run down an ICE officer. The left is claiming that it was in no way self-defense and tantamount to the state sanctioned violence, of an unarmed observer. I have a much more radical position than either side; both the ICE Officers and Renee Nicole Good, share culpability for the actions that led up to the culmination of this event. Renee Nicole Wood should have heeded the instructions of ICE officers. She should have taken a moment to compose herself and then exited the vehicle. Attempting to drive away in this instance, was not the right course of action. The ICE officers also should not have stopped their truck and stormed out of it and up to Renee, while aggressively screaming at her to "get out of the fucking car". Only giving her a mere second to do so, before forcibly trying to enter her vehicle. I am a consummate professional at getting pulled over. I have been traveling the country for a living, on and off, since I was 18. That's A LOT of driving. In my youth I had so many speeding tickets, I literally had to obtain a waiver, before being allowed to join the military. In middle age, I now literally get pulled over for driving too slow. As a senior, I don't know what I'll be doing, but I am very sure I will still be managing to get pulled over. I really don't have much of an emotional reaction at this point therefore, to getting pulled over. I know that it's best to stay calm and be absolutely blatantly honest; no matter the circumstance. But me being a professional at this is the exception, not the rule. So then with both parties having culpability, the question then becomes, who should have known better? The potentially arresting ICE Officers or Renee Nicole Wood? My answer on this, is the ICE Officers. The aggressively quick manner in which they approached her, the harsh language used and the almost non-existent amount of time afforded to her, before they tried to forcibly enter her vehicle; unnecessarily escalated an already tense situation. ICE Officers are so actively recruited now, that very few qualifications are necessary. No previous law enforcement experience or an undergraduate degree, is even required. If there were needed qualifications, it might have prevented this. The manner in which they approached her vehicle, was not consistent with normal law enforcement operations. I believe even as the professional "law breaker" and former service member that I am, that even I would have had a surge of adrenaline; to masked armed officers approaching me this way. Adrenaline causes a fight or flight response. Renee Nicole Wood chose the lesser evil, that her adrenaline in that quick moment, forced her to make. Flight. In the end, as I stated in the beginning, both have culpability. But I also believe this was entirely preventable. The ICE officers, whose responsibility it is, to know how to manage difficult situations; don't. They are negligent, because no real inherent qualifications are required of them. I wish our President would be more focused on prevention as well, instead of assigning the who and how of blame; while dividing us. It is a tragedy no matter whose "side" you are on and how you look at it. Even if our President doesn't, I should like to think, that Americans should support our unity. Remembering that we are all in the end, only human and make mistakes. So this is not a ONE STORY, TWO SIDES. Just one side; that we can do better. I implore YOU to remember that when watching a video you have probably already seen a dozen times and come together over what is an American tragedy, no matter whose "side" you are on. – at Solana, FL

ONE STORY: The FIGHT for the FUTURE of American News. TWO SIDES: The pulling of the 60 minutes story on sending illegal immigrants to the notorious CECOT prison in El Salvador. 1) Sharyn Alfonsi of CBS news says, "Our story was screened five times and cleared. It is factually correct". Alfonsi's and others reporting concluded that only eight of the around 250 men sent there, had been convicted of a violent or potentially violent offense. 2) White House deputy Chief of Staff for the Trump administration, Stephen Miller, on the subject says, "They know that these are monsters, who got exactly what they deserved. And any one of those producers at '60 Minutes' engaged in this revolt, fire them". FOX News reports this 60 minute story as nothing more than left wing "smear tactics" and therefore not limiting to either Free Speech or Freedom of the Press. They say it is advocacy journalism and one-sided, without a response from within the Trump administration. MS NOW disagrees and reports that this is how bit by bit the free press becomes State TV; as new owners (Larry and David Ellison) promised to appoint a new Trump friendly editor. ONE STORY: The release of video of the second boat strike. TWO SIDES: Trump said that he'd release it himself or ABC Fake News did. Hear from Donald Trump himself on BOTH and YOU decide! To say the divide on this issue is gigantic, is an understatement. One "side" fervently believes that Donald Trump is honest and transparent about absolutely everything. The other "side" believes he lies about almost absolutely everything. The divide is so stark, that 'IF' he does lie it serves two purposes. It gets him out of any personally responsibility for the issue, as well as divides us further. If the "left" accuses him of lying, then the "right" must defend him and feels the need to support everything he does. In turn the "left" feels the need to not support him, in everything he does. Each "side" is by the lie, if a lie, made more radically opposed to the other "side" and then it becomes MORE ABOUT SIDES THAN ACTIONS OR ISSUES. What's even worse is that X favors posts that cause extreme reactions and are therefore also radical. Nothing good can come from more and more and more radical division. Each "side" thinks they know everything about another person, simply from their "side". This just simply isn't true. There are still moderates, who agree with some issues and not others....though less than I would like. I recently had a conversation with someone that posted a reply I assume was maybe supposed to upset me. I definitely don't agree with him on most things, but in the end he was pretty reasonable to talk to and gives me hope that we can stop seeing everyone who disagrees with us as the enemy..... we won't like how that ends. To both sides, to think that someone is always right or always wrong, is radical in and of itself. Just ask your significant other. So try to remember that when watching both "sides" of this story. – at Indiana, USA
