There is a false notion that online, information is universally consumed the same way. A lot of US firms' web sites & social media doesnt resonate abroad. Yes, there are some things that transcend borders. But especially you've got to be extremely careful when it comes to ethics.

Certainly are a lot of case studies being compiled right now. Remember that a style or strategy that works for you during normal operations often doesn't work during a crisis. If you fail to adapt & adopt a new approach you'll often find yourself hitting the wrong notes.
