Student aid just printed a fraud ledger.
Treasury/FinCEN flagged ~$270M in suspicious student-aid activity — nearly 100 SARs, 20,000+ transactions referred to investigators.
Who clears that refund clears when ghost enrollments meet the taxpayer bill.
Starting July 1, 2010, all new federal student loans had to be issued through the William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan Program, with the U.S. Department of Education as the lender (cutting out the private-lender “middlemen” and associated subsidies). No new FFEL loans were allowed after June 30, 2010. fsapartners.ed.gov This was implemented by President Obama and the Democrats that held the majority in the House and Senate at the time. Does any of this fraud surprise you?
Can you please look into the outrageous interest rates? My daughter has never missed (or been delinquent) making a student loan payment. The exorbitant interest rate is like a monthly beat-down. Between those rates and being taxed at 22%, she's sorry she became a registered nurse and not a single welfare mother with 5 children...
Republican fascist party put another $1 TRILLION deficit in US budget 2026!
You can find that money in Trump family and it's chrony billionaires assets!
Classic Trumpism - the King of Fraud is pointing at someone else! Trump made $2B+ in fraud and grift. This is 1/10th of what he has done!
Treasury's FinCEN flagged about $270 million in suspicious activity tied to federal student aid and sent it to investigators. Money mules. Shell companies. Fake accounts. Taxpayer money is finally getting a guard. Good work.
