#BAC answers to FAQs
1. No, I’m not a cop
2. High score is .32
3. Yes, .32 is high and tomorrow is gonna suck for them, ER isn’t a bad destination for this passenger
4. .08 is the legal driving limit
5. .12 is the sweet spot, but if you don’t have practice, you might puke
6. Over .3 and you will puke, and you’ll lose the next day of your life
7. Over .35, you’re probably in the hospital, and you’ll hate yourself for a couple days
8. Tolerance is highly variable but is correlated to frequency of consumption. Some freshman will act very drunk at .04, frequent drinkers may act fine at .2
The last time I went to Ann Arbor for a game, it was about the experience. Today, from wherever we’re watching, it's about the W. Let's go Hoosiers! 🔴⚪
In Santiago de los Caballeros for the weekend. Anyone know the best place to watch the game tomorrow? Is there a contingent of IU alums here?
This is a good start.
A section of the Indiana SR 45/46 bypass - between Walnut St and Fee Lane - was designated as Bob Knight Memorial Way.
Cool way to honor the legendary #iubb coach just north of Assembly Hall.

Welcome weekend recap...
Freshman class at IU is a rowdy one, although McMosh went down without an issue on Thursday night. There was an incident on Friday, which caused the police to disperse the crowds on Friday and Saturday nights. Allegedly someone brought a gun to McMosh on Friday, and there may have been a couple people trampled in the crowd. Ambulances called.
Most of the reports I'm hearing are that McMosh is getting significant social media attention and drawing in non-student participants, which may be causing the issues with firearms (think Little5 over the past few years.)
Upstairs had a record-breaking line similar to late football season last year, with lines wrapping around the building.
Interesting to see the freshman class exploring their newfound freedom, searching for alcohol, and learning lessons about how ineffective their fake IDs are at most of the bars in Bloomington. I’ve resorted to giving freshmen passengers advice on what to avoid when using fake IDs. Does that make me an accomplice?
Everyone is looking forward to the football season this year!
IU should be able to fund a significant stadium expansion with the royalties off of the merch this freshman class is wearing.
Big changes coming to Memorial Stadium. #iufb
The Indiana University Board of Trustees approved a $150 million capital project for renovations at Memorial Stadium.

What about the hammers?
An update on a story I first brought you in October of last year, the criminal investigation of IU’s Phi Kappa Psi fraternity results in 7 young men charged with felony hazing.
The hazing happened during homecoming week specifically late evening hours of October 15th last year into the early morning hours of October 16 at the fraternity house at 1200 North Eagleson Avenue Bloomington.
The two young men were hospitalized for one week recovering from their injuries. Last year I told you the condition experienced is extremely dangerous, and now I can report exactly what happened.
According to the probable cause new pledges were forced to complete various exhaustive exercises that led them to develop Rhabdomyolysis. That happens when skeletal muscle tissue is damaged and breaks down releasing muscle proteins and enzymes, including creatine kinase and myoglobin into the bloodstream. It can be life threatening and it left one of the pledges in critical condition.
Specifically, the pledges were required to do push-ups, plank positions, leg lifts, and "brother Squats." Brother squats is an activity where pledges lock arms and perform squats to the point of exhaustion. This lasted for 3 hours!
According to the court documents, the pledges then had to get in an ice bath, the same victim had to recite the first paragraph of the Phi Kappa Psi creed. Once he got it right everyone could get out of the ice bath. He was also given an assignment called “baby." He would have to wear a diaper and a pacifier, and urinate on command when prompted by others. He did not complete the activity because he was hospitalized.
According to the pc the victim was asked by fraternity members to lie to the doctors about what happened to him.
The seven facing charges:
Arjunkumar Patel
Joseph Moon
Noah Kucera
Kaptur Nowaczyk
Logan Conforti
Casey Clarke
Ryan Donohue
RIP La Una Cantina. Was a revenue source for me for 6 years. So many trips from McNutt and Foster. The fake ID game isn’t an easy one to play. But they did it better than most.
